This room is the cutest room and super clean! Myself and everyone enjoyed how cute it was decorated and how nice it was and the view was amazing! The host was so nice and really helpful.
If you’re looking for a room in a quieter hotel I highly recommend this unit! You will not be disappointed. I hope everyone enjoys their stay here as much as we all did! 😀

Our stay at this beach condo was nothing short of perfect. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the pristine beach, allowing us to enjoy sunrise strolls and sunset views right from the comfort of the property. The condo itself is beautifully updated, with modern decor that adds a fresh and welcoming vibe to the space. Every detail feels thoughtfully designed, from the cozy furniture to the well-equipped kitchen, making it easy to settle in and feel right at home.
The entire condo was spotless upon arrival, giving us peace of mind to fully relax and enjoy our stay. The amenities were exactly as described in the listing, if not better. We had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation, from beach chair rental to a fully equipped kitchen.
Communication with the property manager was seamless and prompt. They were incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in, check-out, and everything in between. The accuracy of the listing is spot-on; there were no surprises, just pleasant confirmations that what you see is exactly what you get.
Overall, this condo exceeded our expectations in every way. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are already looking forward to our next visit!

The property is secured with gates on the parking garage and all entrances. Beach access close and easy and the beach chairs that came with the condo were great. We were in town for a dance competition and this condo met our needs.

The condo at twin palms was absolutely beautiful! Jessica was fantastic to work with, and replied promptly if we had questions. We loved the location, and despite the cooler temps spent a LOT of time on the balcony. (Beautiful views and sunsets! )

WOW! What an amazing honeymoon!! The views from this condo are stunning! The sunrises are great but the sunsets are unbelievable! The condo was absolutely perfect! It definitely felt like our "beach" home away from home. The kingsize bed was sooo comfy! The decor was perfect and we loved the beachy flow of everything. I dont think we could have asked for anything more. The location is superb and right in the middle of everything. And finally a one of a kind feature this condo offers is an AMAZING host family. The owners are quick to respond to questions or concerns. Their genuine kindness and compassion to make sure your vacation is special is unheard of. We will forever be grateful! We cant wait to get back soon! Thank you

We were so pleased with the condo. It has been recently renovated. So modern and tastefully done. We had a small issue with parking passes when we first arrived, but the owner resolved that problem immediately. We had a great week. We will be back for sure!

We arrived on a Friday and left on a Monday. Check in was easy with no problems. Owner of condo communicated well with me and we had no issues at all. Property was amazing and matched the pictures posted online. It was very clean and very nice. We had a party of 4 people and the condo had plenty of room for more. Beach was amazing and beach chairs were amazing! Location is in walking distance to Wal-Mart and a few restaurants. Staff at the property were really friendly and helpful when needed. I felt secure and safe during my stay. Pool was clean and open so my kids enjoyed the pool. There were plenty of chairs/lounges available at the pool. This is the first property that I felt like it matched up to the advertising online. Very nice place and I would gladly return to stay at this condo.

We enjoyed our stay here for our spring break. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The assigned parking spot and included beach chairs and umbrella were so convenient. Since this was a smaller building, it was nice and quiet and never had an issue getting a spot at the pool and didn’t have to wait for the elevator. The spacious balcony was great for eating meals on and watching the dolphins and manta rays. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in Panama City Beach!

We stayed in Jessica’s condo from January 3rd until February 28th. We loved the condo with a beach feel directly on the beach, full view of the ocean with a private balcony! We enjoyed numerous long walks on the gorgeous beach of 27 miles long and our roadbike trips almost daily. Lots of things to do, lots of shops, bars, etc. Jessica was very friendly, always available to answer questions when ever we needed something. Our rating is:100%!
And we will be back next year!

The property is wonderful, well described, very well decorated, comfortable and very very clean. Although the pictures on VRBO don't due justice for the balcony it is bigger than the pictures show. Comfy chairs.
Everything that you needed was there including a Keurig and pizza pan, however we couldn't find the pizza cutter :)
Sitting on the 20th floor balcony with the sun setting was just awesome. What we found is we really didn't need to drive anywhere from the condo, most things were within walking distance, except the Wicked Wheel restaurant and Walmart which we drove to but they are within 1 mile.
Access to the beach was easy and the sound of the crashing waves was worth every penny.
Jessica is very quick to respond with answers to make you comfortable and worry free.
Beach was empty it was a little cold for Florida but very relaxing.
Planning on coming back next year!

The condo was so clean and completely updated. It was so convenient and the beach was not crowded. The beach chairs where included and we had a reserved parking spot with parking directly under the condo. No walking across the road in a skywalk. Elevators were super fast, no waiting at all. Everything about it was amazing. I will be staying there again next year for sure!!

What an AMAZING condo!! Perfect is the only way to explain it. The condo looked just like the pictures. Everything was was easy to do from booking, checking in, accessing everything on the property, etc. Owner answered questions promptly & with 100% satisfaction. This was our first time to Panama City & we are ready to go back(even my husband who’s not a beach lover)! The condo was the perfect size, the location was perfect- pool on site, beach just past the pool, close to everything (restaurants/ shopping/ Walmart), amenities were great! I could go on & on. So incredibly blessed to have found this condo for our vacation. Thank you for sharing it with us!!

From opening the door you can see the beautiful view..and perfection in each detail... the large furnished balcony was perfect from sunshine to sunset, we saw dolphins , birds, beautiful sunsets and the night..oh.. the nights! what a sky!! The condo looked like from HGTV( the best ones), there is no enough pictures to describe the care and beauty on each detail in each room. There was absolutely nothing that could be better, was just perfect, the beds were so comfortable and with the sound of the waves was just delightful!!I slept watching the moon every night! The beach chairs are there waiting for us, the guys are awesome and also offer banana boat, parasail,jet ski,etc . The condo has everything and the fact that there is codes instead keys are a big help when you have a todler with so much to carry all the time ! The condo was sparkling clean and smell so good! showers are amazing, big refrigerator and washing/dryer was also a big help! the owner was Always promptly to answer any questions.. and location..location location... Again.. perfection.... Oh we didn't use the pool, since the ocean was calling us all the time .... We are leaving with beautiful memories, and will be back very soon !!

Great Place
Beautiful condo! The description and pictures we booked it under we’re not what we walked into. Owner told me it was being remodeled and it would be different then the pictures and boy was she right! We opened the door to a BEAUTIFUL beach themed condo. It was far beyond what we were expecting. It was so welcoming. We cooked in the condo rather then eat out and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the master shower was a family favorite with the large double shower head. The balcony view is perfect and has plenty of seating for all to sit and enjoy the view. Being a smaller resort the elevator wait was never a problem. Location was perfect for us, just a short drive to Pier Park and just up and across the road from Walmart which was nice for the last minute necessary buys. Highly recommend this condo. Fantastic communication with the owner. We will definitely be coming back our next trip to Panama City Beach!
