The owners were responsive and welcoming. They took care of all details- the rental was very clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies. The house is charming with plenty of room for my guests. Would definitely recommend!

This Cottage has New England Coastal charm! Decorated nicely. It was cozy for our family with games, books and walking distance to the beach. Maintained and very clean. Not one spot or smudge on glassware and utensils. Will definately stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Truly a fantastic time. The love and attention to detail that was used when decorating this condo is evident. If you can think of it they have it for your use-2 well appointed bedrooms fully stocked kitchen- front patio with antigravity chairs to listen to the birds and watch the sunset-Beach chairs - onsite parking- you name it it was there-Bonus the owner happened to be in the downstairs unit and was very welcoming and gave tips on where to eat and what to do- would definitely book again!!!

Our family of five had a great time in this beautiful appartment. We loved the view on the marsh and ocean with all its birds. Lovely interior design and well equipped kitchen. Would definitely come again and have already recommended the place.

We can highly recommend this wonderful apartment in Westbrook. We loved the kitchen and the view from the balcony - the beach is just 2 minutes away. Everything is super clean and very well maintained. I really appreciated the selection of interiour magazines for my lazy evenings on the sofa o:).
The surroundings are very nice, there´s much to do & see around. The supermarket is approx. 10 min. away by car. So there was absolutely nothing to miss.
Thanks for a great stay, we will definitely book again with Evolve!

This was a wonderful unit. It was near the beach - we would walk the beach. The ocean air, sand beneath your feet, beautiful view. Who could ask for more. Well, the unit itself was clean and well stocked. The local management was outstanding when oops...we locked ourselves out.

Myself and 3 other adults stayed here for a horse show at The Westbrook Hunt Club. Early mornings and long days made us appreciate this cozy, well kept house. The owner was super nice when I ended up speaking with him on the last day due to an error on my part. I would definitely refer this amazing rental to anyone looking in the area!

The house was beautiful, well maintained, clean and modern. A block from a charming little community beach that was perfect for small children! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. And when one of the baby's items inadvertently got left behind after checkout, both the owner and the property contact at the cleaning service were so helpful in helping get it back to us.

Great property/location, very clean
The property was beautiful with a view and 30 sec walk to the beach. It was warm the first day as the window ac units had a hard time playing catch up but for the price we couldn’t beat it. Very clean and comfortable!
Check out the kitchen before you grocery shop, we saw a steamer basket and bought lobsters to cook then realized the basket didn’t have a pot to fit it. There’s also no cutting board but it has pretty much everything else you need. The grill could also use a cleaning but it got the job done!
Overall for the price we paid the property was exceptional
