This house was clean, beautiful, and perfectly decorated. More than ample room for our party of 6. I had initially been skeptical of the neighborhood, but we had no troubles at all. We were in town for a softball tournament and this location was very convenient to all softball parks. Fantastic experience from check-in to check-out. Exceptional communication from owners!

If you can imagine the “Chick-fil-a” of VRBO! Outstanding experience from start to finish!! Upon booking we were given exceptional communication from owners. Details/instructions were concise making check-in and planning a breeze. The house is adorable—clean, decorated perfectly with thoughtful details. The backyard is just what we were looking for with a privacy fence, cute string lights, a fire pit and a hot tub!! We were also given restaurant recommendations and sent a very helpful weekend Chattanooga calendar for the dates of our stay. Truly, these owners are gems! Don’t let the location scare you. It was safe, neighbors were friendly! Great experience! 10/10!!

We had a great stay in Chattanooga with our daughter, son-in-law, and two grandsons for the Moon River Music Festival! Yes, the neighborhood is a little...well...let's put it this way - it may be off putting to some people, but we never felt concerned at any point after we got checked in. The house is fantastic, and the big backyard and hot tub were wonderful amenities. We would stay again without hesitation - thank you so much!

We had a friends getaway in Chattanooga and this place was great. Had all the amenities we wanted, was clean, and was easy driving distance to everything we wanted to do. The hosts were so kind and checked in on us often. The one thing keeping this from being a 5-star stay are the bunk beds. We had 8 adults with us and the top bunk had a sticker saying it could not hold more than 200 pounds, so unless 2 of your adults are incredibly small someone will need to sleep on the couch. The bed was also quite unstable, shaking every time someone moved even an inch. Other than this, we greatly enjoyed our stay.

We found this property and were very excited about its appearance. They’d thought of everything down to a hamper in each room. We will just do a little better on our next rental with confirming it’s location and area of town. The property manager(s) were VERY attentive and helpful with local recommendations which was appreciative.

The home was cute and was perfect for our short stay. It comes stocked with all the necessities, which was very nice. We had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi as the signal was not strong enough throughout the house. We were a little thrown off by the neighborhood because you can tell it is an older area that looks poor so the house definitely stood out. The neighborhood was quiet though and we did not have any issues. Overall, we did enjoy our stay there.

Cute space. They are very intentional with guest needs. Rooms are a decent size with spacious closets. No ceiling fans, but there is a tower fan in each bedroom. I wouldn’t trust a heavyset person sleeping on the top bunk in the bunk room. Neighborhood is close to the projects and seems a little sketchy, but we had no issues with neighbors or the surrounding area. There is an alarm system available to use. Back yard is large and the hot tub cover is super easy to remove. No dishwasher so you will have to wash dishes by hand but they have a drying rack and mat available. Brand new washer & dryer are convenient. They have a Keurig & a regular 12-cup coffee maker. Owners/property managers are quick to respond to messages and they were very accommodating. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this house to others!!

Super cute, new looking. Very clean. Close to everything we were doing…Ruby Falls, incline rail, Lookout Mountain, Point Park, Zoo, hiking. Had everything we needed and more. Loved the backyard area-hot tub, horse shoes, bags, chairs, fire table and nice grill. Owner is super responsive at any messages and questions. Would definitely stay again!

This house was recently remodeled and is well-equipped as a vacation rental. Everything felt brand-new and very clean. It's in an older neighborhood that includes some rundown houses on the same street, but it felt safe and the neighborhood wasn't a problem for us. Also, the backyard has a high fence so that kids can play outside without constant supervision. The hot tub was a nice addition. The host was very attentive and readily available, and he/she did not give us an unreasonable list of "chores" to do at checkout or give us any surprise fees. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

The house was very clean, nice inside and backyard was great. We had everything we needed for our long weekend stay with friends. We enjoyed sitting in the backyard around the fire pit and using the hot tub. Our only negative was the location was not in a good area of town.

We had a great time at this property as a last family trip before my brother and his family return to their home overseas. We had two 1 year olds and the space was just right to keep them contained safely and the supplied pack n play saved us packing space! My six year old loved the bunk bed, arcade game and of course the hot tub after our days out in town. This spot is central and easy to come and go from. The only thing I would mention is the neighborhood surrounding is still being updated but everyone we encountered were super nice. There were many kids running around and it felt better the longer we were there. Kudos to this group on their work renovating and decorating - this space has it all and is super cozy.

This property was true to it's description. Every detail and amenity was given proper attention. Super clean and comfortable for a family trip. A very short drive to all major attractions. It was the best house on the block and neighborhood. The property's management stayed in touch to make sure all of our needs where taken care of. Generous amounts of snacks, water and toiletries were supplied. No complaint from me.

The house was nice and cozy. It was very clean and well stocked for our needs. We cooked several meals there and the kitchen was stocked with items we had forgotten! It saved a trip back to a grocery store. The location was far enough from downtown to avoid a lot traffic, but it was just a quick drive to get to anywhere we wanted to go. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would book again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay at this property. Everything was exactly as pictured in the listing. The property manager effectively communicated and responded to messages in a timely manner both before and during our stay. The house is a short drive from downtown Chattanooga and all of the other tourist attractions in the area (e.g., Ruby Falls, Rock City). When we stayed (in April 2023) the home appeared to have been recently renovated, both inside and out. The only negative (which is beyond the control of the property owner) is that the property is in an up-and-coming neighborhood in a period of renewal and most of the other owners on the street don't maintain and care for their homes as well as this property is maintained. Related to this (again, something beyond the control of the property owner), there were several dogs in yards of neighbors that were kept outside overnight (barking, which made it difficult for some of us to sleep).

Booked this property to take kids to the aquarium and to get away from home for a couple days. Home was really warm and welcoming and we enjoyed our stay. Kids wanted to stay longer. Owner/Manager was communicative throughout the process and checked in in us to make sure we had checked in. Definitely will book again when we return to Chattanooga later this year.

We came to Chatt for a weekend get away and we’re so happy with everything on our stay. The house is literally 8 minutes from everywhere and it makes it so convenient to just pick up and go! Loved our time together and the house provided an awesome vessel for some awesome memories HIGHLY recommend!!

We had a great experience staying at this property. The owners even got us a Christmas tree when we asked if they had one. Super clean, well stocked, cozy, and upgraded. They were very responsive every time we had a questions.

The rental process was easy and communication from the Property owner/ Manager Pramod/ Wendie we're prompt. Everything needed to have on hand for cooking , wrapping , storing, eating, cleaning , & washing we're provided. Our family really enjoyed the ambience ,decor of property inside / out, and security of the neighborhood. And of course, seeing the welcome "Sullivant Family" sign in the kitchen! Very comfortable, well stocked. Everything was excellent except location of locked door was not correct and made entry confusing. Questions were answered promptly. I definitely would recommend.
