Amazing property. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is due to the beds, they were very hard.

The house was very welcoming and the pool was very clean! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was great and very well supplied. The location was great for us as we previously owned a house nearby and were very familiar with the area. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We would definitely like to return again in the future.

Visited this property for a long girl’s weekend. We were blessed with gorgeous weather and were able to utilize all the outdoor amenities. High end furnishing and very comfortable beds made the stay even more enjoyable. It is located in a nice neighborhood with newer properties. We all felt very safe! We were centrally located close to shops, restaurants and the San Tan Mountains. We took several hikes during our stay which we highly enjoyed. Management was wonderful and we had everything we needed prior to our stay, in regard to friendly and helpful communication. Zero complaints!

We traveled to Arizona for a family event. When we arrived, we were so happy with the cleanliness of this property! It was furnished tastefully and comfortably. We had everything we needed to make our meals. There was enough parking for all of us. We paid the extra fee for the pool and spa to be heated and used them every day we were there!! I would definitely stay there again.

The home was more than we expected! We had plenty of space for our crew. We will definitely be back to the home. Communication was excellent!

Very easy to deal with, great house and it was close to the golf course we were golfing at so it could not of worked out better.

Loved the house! Perfect location to get back and forth to the fields. Love that the neighborhood is quiet. Great area to ride bikes and run. House was clean! Pool and hot tub were amazing!! Communication with rental company was easy! They always responded quickly if I had a question! Can’t wait to come back next year!!

Last minute our families trip to San Diego was cancelled due to the mess with southwest cancellations. Instead of staying home, we decided on Arizona, as my mother lives there. It was last minute, very few properties available. Valley Vista was luckily available and was the best stay! We enjoyed the location very much. Quiet, and peaceful. A short walk to the park, or a bike ride! My husband and I enjoyed the bikes, while our four year old rode his scooter we brought. The pool was a huge hit too with our four year old. The home was very cozy, welcoming. Loved being able to cook and store food. Loved being able to do laundry with detergent that was provided, being I forgot ours! The bedrooms with the tvs and the king comfortable beds were great! The games were a nice touch also! This beautiful home will for sure be on our list for the next visit if it’s available! Thank you for a great stay! Satisfied family here!

My wife and I had an amazing stay at this property. It was absolutely as described. The home is fully stocked and has enough room for families to enjoy the sunshine or relax inside. The team managIng this property was great to deal with, and answered any and all questions we had promptly. We have already started planning our next visit!

We had our best stay ever at this home! The house is like new, modern and with a fun vacation feel. The king beds were new and super comfortable. Our kids loved sharing the room with the bunk beds. We spent most of our time in the backyard which is like having your own private resort. We loved it all and especially the pool and spa. We grilled a few nights and enjoyed eating and relaxing on the covered patio while the kids splashed in the pool or played football/soccer on the grassy area behind us. Perfect! We also walked to the community park a few mornings so the kids could play on the playground and basketball courts. Legacy Sports Park is a 10 minute drive and a must do if your family enjoys sports of any kind. Gateway Airport is close, too. This was our first time in the San Tan Valley and it was beautiful. So much to see and do and not enough time! It was hard to leave when our time was up. We highly recommend this 5 star vacation home for other families. We will return soon!
