We enjoyed that it wasn't the big tourist season but lovely for the holiday with the festivities downtown. Then come back to the homey comfortable property.

I absolutely love this property!! The location. The view. Everything about it was spectacular!! The only thing I would say that could be better is the carpet. It could be cleaner. But with that being said, I would definitely stay at this property again!! Thank you management for making it is so easy and so enjoyable!!

Beautiful, open concept home, perfect for our family! Right on the beach, which is a necessity with small children. Publix just 0.5 miles away, and downtown St. Augustine 2 miles away. The windows provided 360 view of the beach! We will be back!

This house has the best porch over looking the beach, which is also gated and perfect for little kids and puppies. If is too hot, there is a great view of the beach from the back windows as well. My family and I had a great time at this beach house and would definitely stay again.

You can't get any closer or find a more gorgeous ocean view with private access. Large, simply but charmingly appointed living area, and outdoor deck. Well stocked kitchen (but no dishwasher detergent supplied). Plenty of towels, shampoo, body wash and lotion. Definitely bring gallon jugs of water to drink and brush teeth, the water smells bad. Was given wrong entrance code, but this was quickly and easily corrected. With a charcoal water filter, a few window screens this would be a 5+. As is, it's still a very lovely place. Would rate it 4.5 if I could.

Surfside C is very clean, newly updated and comfortable. The house has everything you need, including cleaning supplies, shampoo/conditioner, soap, coffee filters, seasonings, plenty of dishes, glassware and good cookware. The views of the ocean are gorgeous and the abundance of large windows is especially nice for enjoying the scenery. The deck is large with comfortable outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill. The location is close to Publix and St. Augustine. Elite Vacations responded quickly when we had questions. Which was very nice. It was a great trip.

View was beautiful, beds were fabulous, kitchen adequate and roomy, I would rent again. Only suggestion would be to bring bottled water due to sulfur taste and smell ( I am not sure if it was due to post hurricane)

Big unit with plenty of space for the family. Great location & gorgeous oceanfront! Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, Publix & historic area/food options nearby. Would love to have had either a big sofa sectional or additional comfy seating for movie night. It rained the weekend of our stay so more time indoors. Also, the UV film on the windows makes for a less-clear view. Lovely unit!

We had a fantastic weekend! Several old college roommates met from all over the country for a mom’s weekend. Jacksonville airport was conveniently an hour away. We enjoyed the deck with our hot tea in the mornings taking in the incredible view. A quiet beach to relax during the day and then settle in with a glass of wine in the evening. The inside has plenty of room and beautifully updated. Nice clean lines. The home was close to everything you would need. We were able to enjoy dinner out nearby and sightsee in historic Downtown. Even the beds were perfect….not too soft and not too hard. It made for a great escape for a group of runaway moms! Don’t worry We all went home after with great memories of our trip. Having a wonderful place added to our stress free weekend! Thank you for everything.

The location was perfect. Close to everything. The house was perfect for my husband and I and our two college aged kids. Eat at the Reef, Aunt Kate's and Schooner's. Publix is right down the street. The pizza place by Publix was great for takeout after a day at the beach. Great White Fishing Charters was the BEST. All within 2 miles. Everything you could want to do is right there! The house has everything you could need. Only advice I would give is to put out your chairs and umbrellas early. Public access is super close and others come early and set up directly in front of the house every single morning.

This house is so beautiful and relaxing. We arrived a week ago (husband and two boys under 10) and my whole family loved it. My boys were sad to leave! The house is right on the ocean and the views are amazing. We saw dolphins every morning. The home has everything you need; the beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked with every utensil. We all feel recharged and would love to return sometime!! Thank you Rachel and Amy!

My family and I wanted to explore St. Augustine but stay on the beach. This listing seemed to be what we were looking for, and it didn't disappoint. The home was beautifully remodeled with comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. You couldn't ask for better access to the beach. The only problem was that I wished we had more time to enjoy the experience. We would love to return to this beautiful property.
