Location has the basic requirements.

The communication with the administration is non existent. After I received a message describing how to use the accomodation there was no answer to my messages. I reported the toilet not flushing asking for a room change - no answer. I asked for an invoice when i left the room - no answer. Basically, expect the unexpected. I will avoid the location next time.

Cozy atmosphere, courteous staff, great breakfast. I must say I wasn't expecting my experience to be this good. Well done to the staffs for making it feel like home, thanks for the experience.

I don't think you could do better on this one, but I will share my experience regardless 🙂 The shower room is very small but I don't think there is enough room to make it bigger anyways.

Really cozy rooms up north!

The kitchen is well equipped. The room is comfy enough for one person. Pretty good place to meet new friends.

There is no channel on the tv. Didn’t know where to put the key since I checked out really early and there was no stuff around so I just left it in the room in the end.

Was hard to find because the address didn't match the location on google maps. Nobody in the neighbourhood knew of "kiruna city room" and the sign in the streets said something else. I had room 8 and there was water running through the pipes in the bathrool all day long, was superloud. The front door didn't enter with the room key, i got locked out and nobody to reach, i was lucky for another resident. No reception or staff present.

nice rooms, a little on the small side but very good for the price. private bathroom was clean.

The location. I think there is a better way to explain the location. Because they explain through school, but it is a little far from school.

Comfy bed and great (shared) kitchen with everything one might need. Close to Kiruna center and decent price.

Self checkin information could be better. There was a pin code to get the keys from the box, but it wasn't clear I didn't need it to open the main door (which also has a code pad but isn't needed)

Very clean,very confortable,I could find every thing I needed to enjoy my solitude in this fairy place.

Maybe,a tourist needs more informations.A little book about the neightborhoods,the places where you can buy souvenirs,food(swedish?!)...And a little bus(or a car) that pick you from the hotel and deliver to the airport or in the old town,or to a restaurant.And a restaurant to the hotel it will be wellcome.I try to eat in a swedish restaurant and I couldn't find.

Clean, comfortable and warm. Bed was alright and had separate comfy chair and table and also shower. Not cheap but fair price.

Not the easiest place to find since the name is different than mentioned here. Television did not work at all since without antenna cable no channels were visible and without internet connection streaming services cannot be used either.

It took me ages to find the place. No clear sign out on the street. Internet name says something different than the tiny sign on the road. Very noisy on door slamming and steps. No reception , all online. Noisy Guys who don’t care about the quiet times.

Room and bath were clean and tidy. The "Hotel" contains a large kitchen with several refrigirators (I did not use this part). In the entrance is a dedicated space to take of and store shoes, so the rest of the "Hotel" stays clean. The accommodation is not too far from the city center. There is no reception, personal was available via telephone and responding via chats.

The first misunderstanding is in the "B & B" - to my understanding, the 2nd "B" is for breakfast, which is not available. The accommodation seems to serve mainly for temporary employees and sub-contractors of the Kiruna mine. Apparently, empty rooms are additionally rented as "Hotel-Rooms". The ambiente of the location is not really welcoming and discouriging´, e.g., night-strolls after arrival. The bathroom resembles that of a wet-cell in a caravan or recreational vehicle (RV). Therefore I did not feel like using the shower.
