My husband and I had one week great stay at the property, Host met us for checking very early in the morning to accommodate our flight early arrival in the morning. Host prepared snacks and a bottle of wine, we felt welcomed! House is very clean and spacious with 4 good size bedrooms. House is in a good and convinient location. We will stay in this property for next visit!

The house was beautiful and had everything needed for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. We didn't have to drive more than 30 minutes to see the amazing sights throughout the entire island. And, the pool was an extra plus for the kiddos! Highly recommend this house for your visit to Sao Miguel.

We rented this home for 8 days and had a wonderful stay. The house was huge, beautiful, and well equipped. The family loved the pool and pool area and we ate outside at the lovely dining area almost every night. Only one improvement would have been appreciated. There was no AC, which we knew, and the climate really doesn't need it. However, there are no screens on the windows or doors. We did have to keep the doors and windows open during the day to keep things comforable and, as a result, had a fair amount of flies in the house. Also, almost all the openings are sliders, not windows, which we felt necessary to close at night so the house did get somewhat stuffy even with the provided fans. This was the only downside to what we felt was a wonderful rental.

Maria was great. She helped us locate the house. The GPS on our phones could not find the house. The house itself is spacious. And once we drove around a bit we were quite comfortable.
