This is a beautifully maintained accurately represented beach property. Location was perfect. The property was perfect.

All as described. Very clean, nice decorations, comfortable, close enough drive to stores in PSJ. Beach access is very close. Def would stay again.

The property was clean and appeared as the pictures indicated. A lot of little touches, a welcome basket of snacks! Paper towels, toilet tissue, Snacks, paper towels, toilet tissue, trash bags, shampoo, etc. Very thoughtful touches.

This was a perfect little cottage with a community pool. Only took 5 minutes to get to the ocean! I loved that linens were furnished along with soap and shampoo. Will stay there again.

Excellent place for our beach trip. Owner may want to list that beach towels are on site so renters don’t have to bring their own. Also, a small gate at the back porch stairs would be nice to corral pets/kids if they decide to gather on the back deck for a drink or meal.

This is our second year staying at this property and I can’t say enough good things. First of all, Tina is amazing. She definitely goes above and beyond to ensure the comfort of her guests. Her communication is quick and she resolves any tiny issue in a snap. The house is extremely clean and has everything a person really needs at the beach. Lots of comfy towels, although for the beach or pool it’s a good idea to bring extras. The beds are very nice and cozy, and the large TVs were great during rainy weather. The beach is a five minute easy walk, and it’s really convenient to have the gas station close. There were rip warnings the entire time we stayed which was a bummer, but having access to the little neighborhood pool allowed us to swim anyway. Great house, great neighborhood, great location, and Tina is fantastic!

Cozy, easy beach access, nice pool. Hostess was accessible and responsive to needs. Would rent again.

The cottage was AWESOME.!!!!

Not very much to do or eat. One grocery store, nearest Publix is an hour away in Panama City. Sunsets are Amazinf! No dogs on beach. One patron, possibly an off duty sheriff warned me of dog policy and fines. Internet is very slow to patchy satellite service/signal.

It was just as described. Very short walk to beach. Beds comfy! Would definitely book again.

What a wonderful stay! The cottage was a perfect size for our family of four. It was clean, stocked with all of the necessities, and conveniently located a block across the street from the beach. My sister’s family and parents also got cottages in the Ocean View Cottages. We all would love to come back!!

Shipwreck cottage is a great place to stay. Our hostess Tina was very responsive to our questions. The place was immaculate.

The group of cottages is cute, safe and steps from the ocean. This cottage was clean, roomy and decorated nicely. Everything you could want or need was included plus now. Beach towels, coffee pods, creamer sweetener, shampoo, conditioner, etc.. There's an outside faucet to rinse before going inside. The TV in the living room is huge so now I'm spoiled. The sofa and bed were both really comfortable. My favorite feature was the shower in the master bathroom. I highly recommend this stay.

The property was beautifully done! Well equipped kitchen, bathroom supplies. Very clean! Nice quiet neighborhood. Short walk to beach. So very much enjoyed our stay!

The house was well appointed and finishes were top notch. Our girls loved the bunk beds - especially being full sized mattresses! The king bed was so comfortable and the location was near perfect !

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was a short convenient walk to the beach and the condo had everything you needed for your stay and was very clean. The property manager was awesome with getting right back to me with any questions I had. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. Incredibly Clean Beds were so comfortable!! Cutest neighborhood. We brought a wagon with us to take our beach chairs and coolers and it does come in handy for a short walk to the beach. Tina was always very quick with her responses. Definitely looking forward to coming back.
