We were in town for our son’s tennis tournament so we didn’t spend too much time at the home but Paul was so attentive to all of my needs/questions. The home was very clean and has everything you would need. Thank you for opening up your home to our family.

The home was clean and comfy. It had everything we needed and more than most. Communication with the owners was excellent and included all necessary information. Check in was easy and check out requirements were very reasonable. We would be glad to stay at this home again.

We really enjoyed our weekend here. The yard is gorgeous. I’m not able to message the host right now, getting an error, but there were some earrings we found on the headboard, we left them in the kitchen counter :)

We were visiting my brother and his family over the weekend to celebrate my nieces birthday. My family and I enjoyed our stay. It is such a calm neighborhood and the house is beautiful. Will definitely book again next time we visit my brother.

This house was a great home base while we attended a high school event in town. So much better than staying in a hotel with hundreds of teenagers running around! We appreciated the little touches like having night lights in the hallways and bathrooms, coffee/tea/cider available, and while we didn't use them there were games, books, etc. available. Luckily we didn't need to use the snow shovel, but were glad to see it when we arrived! Be aware the house is on a main street, so if a little traffic noise will bother you make sure to bring earplugs for sleeping in the master bedroom which is on the front of the house. (It wasn't a problem for us.) Similarly, there were wind chimes outside the sun room that were a surprise the first night. Nearby (short driving distance) there were plenty of food options, and downtown was a quick drive away too.

This house is located in a great place in Yakima. It is easy to get to. We would love to go when the weather is warmer because the back yard is so nice! We were very comfortable. The owner was very attentive to our needs and we will definitely being staying here again.

This house is located across the street from the hospital and as a visiting provider this was the perfect location. The home is very nice and quiet with multiple bedrooms and comfortable beds. There are also bunk beds in one of the bedrooms which is great if someone has kids with them. I would stay here again.

My family of four stayed at this Yakima house for the weekend. Paul was great at communicating all of the instructions and was so nice as well. The house was in such a great location- wonderful restaurants nearby and everything we could need withing a 5 minutes drive. The house was very clean and comfortable and it has all of the amenities we could need.I'd strongly recommend staying here.

We were in town for a festival. This house was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do in Yakima and very comfortable.

The property is lovely and is very private once you enter the front gate. The house is very cozy but spacious enough for 5 adults and one teenager to have their own space. Fully stocked for all your home away from home needs. The backyard is an oasis with several different seating areas. The owners were very communicative prior to and up to our arrival to ensure that everything was in order and went smoothly. We fully enjoyed our stay here.

This is a great place to stay. The house is extremely clean, well stocked, great outdoor seating area, plenty of bedding and the property manager has great communication. The only small downside we found was when we arrived and realized the king bed was a hide a bed. They have a good foam pad on top, but it was still a surprise and less comfortable than a real bed. Regardless of that fact, I would still highly recommend this property.

From the moment we stepped into this lovely home we were thrilled with ambiance. This lovely home is close to a fairly busy street across the street from the big hospital, but you would just never know it. Once you enter it is quiet and calm. Very clever staging inside and out. There are too many superlatives for this place. Lovely decorations, comfortable chairs, sofa, beds. Great kitchen with man features. How about both drip and K-cup in the coffee nook? The gardens outside are breath taking, we kept finding wonderful little bits of fun both within the house and outside. Do you like giraffes? Well, just sayin....they are special. Great fire pit and the creation of smores around a wonderful campfire. An incredible steak dinner on the large deck. The sun room is totally classy. If you are lucky enough to stay here you will never forget it! If I could rate it 10 stars I would! Well done Paul and Kristi, well done!

We were visiting our son and his family for Father's Day weekend and this was the perfect place for all of us to gather. Great location, clean and well-equiped older home with a fabulous yard. Plenty of space and the hosts were super responsive and welcoming throughout our stay.

On a routine trip to Yakima to see family, we stumbled on this lovely hidden gem of a home. It is very well-equipped in all rooms, but most importantly, in the kitchen. Great location which made it easy for us to get to anywhere in five minutes or less. The owners are wonderful to work with and made our stay comfortable and welcoming. I highly recommend this home/location to anyone needing a short- or long-term stay in the area.

It was great for what we needed it to be the outside patio was awesome. Not sure why there was powdery substance on the outdoor rug, but overall had a very nice time there.

Lots of space for family, lots of cooking supplies, great natural light, easy access and parking. One of the best museums we’ve seen, and soda shop is right down the street!

Comfortable and clean home in Yakima which we used as a base for exploring the wineries and fruit farms in the Yakima Valley. It is very much a family home!

We found the house to be a perfect place from which to explore the area around Yakima. It’s close to great restaurants and award winning wineries. The communication with the host was easy and friendly. The house was very comfortable for three women. I can’t say enough about the beautiful back yard. It was like an oasis with several seating areas. I would be happy to return any time.

The owners were super fantastic with communicating and making sure we had everything we needed. Super nice!

All of us really enjoyed this rental! It's in a great location, plenty of space, and an immaculate backyard. The hosts were very welcoming, and we would absolutely stay here again. We hope we didn't take too many flowers that were offered for us to take.
