We had a wonderful stay here! The property is spacious, clean and very comfortable and is just as described in the listing. The kitchen has everything you need for quick meals. It backs right up to the golf course so you can watch people playing off the tee box. Lots of space for a group if that’s what you’re looking for.
It’s a quick drive to Pinehurst #2 and the village.
Communication with the host was top notch.. we’ll definitely check it out again for our next visit.

Excellent location we enjoyed watching golfers behind the home also surrounded by beautiful dogwood trees and azaleas highly recommended if you are coming to Pinehurst enjoyed watching prep for US Open .

We didn't have to speak with the property manager as everything was setup in advance. The home is larger than we thought but well cared for and there were coffee pods and regular coffee which was a nice touch. The home was very clean and close to the golf courses.
We'll stay there the next time we go to Pinehurst.

Roomy, nicely located on the golf course, with great kitchen and Master baths. Many areas to visit with family and friends, wide-open LR/DR playing cards til midnight at DR table. Nice den with recliners and large TV, screened porch with TV, fans and furniture; outdoor deck with grill overlooking 13th hole of #5, great views while grilling out. Comfy beds, plenty of towels, a great time visiting family. Would stay again in a heartbeat! Thank you!

The garage was not accessible so we weren’t able to park our golf cart and bikes in a closed area, but otherwise we loved our stay!

The property was great . I loved the house but it was not clean . The bed appeared to be layed in so I did not sleep in the bed . The bathroom and living room had dust on the floor. A lamp in the living room was on the floor . I took about 8 photos to prove this to send to the owner . I contacted someone who I thought was the owner and he said he no longer works for the company although VRBO has him name down as a contact. please let the owner know the housekeeping staff is not up to par.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Tin Cup. There were five of us including had four college students. We had more than enough room. Loved that the house had several places to hang out and a very short drive
to the Pine Hurst club house and restaurant. Would definitely rent this property again for a bigger group.

Accommodations were perfect. Location to the Pinehurst Golf course and surrounding golf course was ideal. House was very clean and suited the eight of us. The back porch was a plus. Great time.

Having family in the area I wanted to rent a place for more family to come together to celebrate Mother’s Day. House is as depicted in photos and mostly renovated. The screen porch received most of the gathering moments and family conversations. Quiet neighborhood and close to lots. Beds comfy, kitchen surprisingly well stocked. It could use a bigger pot, though. Having the spare room with the Murphy bed came in handy! I would certainly rent this home again.

We were attending a family wedding at Pinehurst and stayed with our two adult children and their partners. It was an ideal location for us. The house is bright with the beautiful green golf course view from most windows. It's at the end of a cul-de-sac, so there's no traffic and very quiet at night. The owner is friendly and helpful We had one small issue related to coffee , but the owner had it resolved very quickly. Highly recommend.

once the problem at check in was resolved the rest of the week was great the problem was handled promptly with good results. I would rent again and tell others about the rental great location with everything ones needs

This retro 70s updated property on iconic Pinehurst golf course is probably the BEST Vrbo property we have ever stayed at. So private and comfortable. Loved all the sitting areas, large windows, style. Exceeded every expectation.

This house was a wonderful property for our extended family of 6 (and could have very comfortably accommodated more people), right in Pinehurst. Has everything anyone could need for a visit. Management company was very responsive to our questions and I felt highly confident that they would be available to take care of all needs. I give this our highest recommendation and would love to return in the future.

The property is tucked at the end of a quiet court and on the golf course. Pleasantly surprised to find there is an additional bedroom on main floor with a Murphy bed. Makes total of four bedrooms which worked great for us. Plenty of room in large gathering areas. Kitchen was great too
