Two couples on this trip, and high priority was to have 2 bdrm and 2 baths. I would not consider this to be a 2 bath. We finally 'found' the 2nd bath in the garage, and there was no sink in the room (shower and toilet only .. so no washing hands or shaving possible). The patio TV did not work (but not needed for our stay). That said, it was mainly clean (outdoor room needed wiping down) the garage was clean, the kitchen well stocked and RETRO for sure (no updates, but functional) The beds were comfy and spacious areas, so lots of room to spread out and becomfortable.Nice neighborhood.

Easy to just park and enjoy! Cute decor and comfortable. Nice space and fun sunroom.

Awesome backyard and grill, outdoor seating, cozy beds and sofas, good appliances. Did not have coffee but had a coffee machine. Good for kids. Lot of beach and bath towels. Beach chair, umbrella, strollers kept from previous tenants!

The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a nice backyard. Beds are comfy. Back porch and yard were fun to hang out in. Our family had a nice & relaxing stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is cute and in a great area!! We went on walks in the wonderful park close by. We were in town for over a week for the college softball tournament in Clearwater and was the perfect location to go to the beach, into Tampa and the softball diamands!! We will stay again! This was a wonderful purchase for our vacation! The house was so spacious, with a screened in porch, a grill, nice fenced-in backyard, and so many beach decorations to make you feel right at home! Washer and dryer in carport, with a full bathroom with a shower in the carport (for washing off all that beach sand). Great area, nice safe neighborhood, 15 minutes from Clearwater beach, and only a mile from Walmart. And when they say they have “starter supplies,” they mean that they are stocked on toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, trash bags, cooking spices, beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys for the kiddos, buckets and nets for shelling, and so much more!!! I wouldn’t have thought to bring coffee filters, Salt and pepper, or garbage bags...but they had almost everything we would need!!! I will definitely be booking with Jeff and Gina again! The location is perfect for our needs. Quiet neighborhood with stores, restaurants and wonderful parks within a few blocks.
