Love this area. Listing said bay view and I assumed that meant from the unit but it wasn't, so a little disappointed. Unit could use some updates, paint etc. But overall nice place

This was out second time staying in this unit. It has all the amenities of home, very clean and convenient to everything. Pool is amazing, property is very clean. The only thing that I can think would need to be added would be additional bath towels.

We had a great experience! The beach is across the street only a half block away. The pool is large enough that even with many people there, we didn't feel like it was crowded. There is a boat dock behind the complex where we did some fishing. We also saw dolphin swim by! There are many eating establishments close by. The condo itself was clean and well decorated. If the opportunity arose, we would definitely stay there again!

Pool- even though we didn't use it but only once- it has a deep end, huge pool, close enough to beach access to be able to leave beach and come back within 10 minutes. Quality of provided kitchen appliances were nice. Thank you

We really liked this unit. Private porch space was nice. Plenty of items needed for beach in the unit. Nicely beach themed as all BBR units are. My only complaint is some deferred maintenance issues. The door on hall storage closet does not operate properly. There are areas of chipped paint. Kitchen cabinet doors don’t close as they should. The porch door is difficult to get to latch properly. Just minor issues that certainly don’t affect one’s stay. But might affect whether I would choose this specific unit for a future visit. There are better maintained units at the same price point. VACASA was easy to work with though. I did not request any repairs as it was minor issues and a short stay.

We loved Indian Shores! Such a cute place for a quick beach trip. The condo was clean and had easy check in. We loved walking to the beach and the coffee shop that’s right around the corner.

My hubby and I had a fantastic few days here. We could walk a few steps and watch the dolphins in the bay. It was so peaceful early morning and at night. The beautiful beach was just a short walk away. The pool area was great, and the water was warm (not a fan of a cold pool!). The condo was clean and comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer. Hope to visit again soon.

The unit was clean, roomy and comfortable. Having beach accessories was helpful. Hpwever, lack of parking for visitors was inconvenient. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
