Unit was exactly as described! We had a great stay here at The Reef Club unit 107. We will definitely return!

We had an amazing stay even with the weather not cooperating. The condo is in the perfect location. Our only struggle was the TV. Adding instructions to the living room TV would be beneficial.

Property was clean rooms where nice close to beach

This condo was very nicely decorated in the beach theme throughout. It was conveniently close to the pool and direct access to the beach. I would stay here again!

The condo is exactly as it is portrayed in pictures. It was very clean and had antibacterial soap in each bathroom. The sofas were very comfortable. Plenty of seating for our entire group. Pet friendly. We had a wonderful time.

Place was clean and had everything you could reasonably expect. Accept the A/C needs work can't keep up with the summer heat .. it needs to be replaced could not get it to go below 77 degrees..other than that great place..

Loved the pool and being right on beach! Also, location of our room had beautiful & perfect view as we faced the pool & beach. Great location for restaurants & shopping - very convenient.

Everything was just right .Unit was clean and had everything we needed . Best o pop art was the spiral staircase off the balcony . Made it so easy to get to the beach and pool . Parking is tight but that’s everywhere on the beach

The condo was very clean and comfortable. There were an abundance of beach towels and beach toys for the kids. It was great being able to take spiral staircase down the balcony to pool and beach. Everything you needed was within walking distance including great restaurants, groceries, shopping, etc. We had a fantastic time and will hope the condo is available every year we vacation in Indian Rocks beach. This was one of the best condos we have rented in Florida. The size of the living area and kitchen was great for our large group. Close to the water and pool with access to outside right from the patio. Close to all the restaurants, John`s Pass, and Clearwater. We will definitely be coming back. Thanks. The unit was very nicely laid out !! Very clean and well equipped with everything you would need. Very short walk to the beach with beautiful sand. The swimming pool was heated and very enjoyable! This was a pet-friendly unit with a dog park right across the street. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. We give it a 5-star rating. No doubt this condo is on a beautiful beach with a nice pool area and ocean view. The area is great, with many restaurants, bars, bakeries, ice cream shops, a craft brewery, CrossFIt, and a fresh vegetable / fruit store all within walking distance. A trolley runs from Clearwater to St. Pete for $5 pp per day, so handy! This is not a luxury condo worth the money we paid, however. VRBO and the management companies should be ashamed for charging their fees to rent and oversee these properties. When we arrived, we kicked off our shoes and started unpacking. Our bare feet were filthy black from the dirty floors. The ice maker was not working, the vacuum did not work, the blinds and patio door were broken, faucet in the master and fans in both bathrooms were loud and not working, mold in the shower, cable tv was scrambled up, we were given the wrong code for storage, and we had only 3 face towels to use. Light bulbs needed replacing and all the remotes needed batteries. The coffee maker needed to be replaced (we bought one.) Management was contacted, and some of these issues were resolved. As a renter, we should be able to move in and not deal with so many issues, having people in and out repairing / replacing things during our stay.

Very clean. Superb location overlooking the pool with direct access to the beach. Please throw out the kayak. You know it has holes in it. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay and we’re very pleased.

We enjoyed our stay there, great beach and loved that there were chairs, skimboards & a boogie board. Said there was an ice chest but there wasn't. We weren't told until a week before our check in date we would need to print a parking pass, and we had already been vacationing for a week elsewhere, and they wouldn't print it for us, so we had to find a copy store to upload the pass to and have it printed which was a hassle. Other than that it was perfect.

This place was great very laid back perfect for a family vacation! Only downfall is it needs to be cleaner and it wasn’t filthy just needed a touch up! Other than that it was an awesome place actually a place to recharge would definitely stay again

Check in at 4:30pm came in dirty messy condo, cleaning lady didn’t arrive until 5:30pm and didn’t even call to inform us they’re late, we called the manage company to complain but no response from them, the worst experience ever and never ever come back to the property that run by the manager again.

This was the second time we stayed at the Reef Club and have been very pleased. It is clean, quiet and family friendly. I am not one to complain, so I feel a little bad even mentioning this, however, I was mildly disappointed because we had an issue with water temperature. Several showers we took were cold. The problem was intermittent; some were cold and some were not. I called and reported this (very nicely, I might add) twice but received no response, Again, it wasn't anything to ruin our vacation, but I thought we deserved some sort of response.

Overall, this place is a gem. The view of the sunset from the balcony, the large living area and couch, and the amenities. The parking is covered and right next to the unit's spiral staircase to the courtyard. So convenient. We loved the pool and tennis courts but the nature preserve park across the street was so amazing. Boardwalks through the mangroves and sunrises over the bay were the best way to have a morning coffee and walk the dog. The place could have been a bit cleaner. There were items of trash under the beds, a broken tile in front of the kitchen sink that my son cut his foot on badly, and old food in the silverware drawers. There were no items in the house to maintain it, such as a working vacuum, (there was an old one I tried to use but the dust came out of it rather than in it) mop, rags, cleaners of any kind, or even kitchen cloth towels. There were, however, plenty of beach towels and bath towels though, we were grateful for that. During our two-week stay, we would have loved to clean after ourselves and I did not want to buy all the cleaners as I could not pack them to go with me. We were most disappointed with the advertised kayaks. One was missing and the other one had a crack in it so it didn't even float. We had to haul it to the ocean to figure that one out. It would be nice to have someone on the management team check to see if the items are still there and in working condition before advertising them. During our stay the dishwasher started to leak, I sent an email and two days later a technician (a super nice guy) came and problem solved what was happening, while he was there I pointed out the broken tile. I hope that will be fixed for the next family. Again, I want to highlight that this place is a keeper. Easy in and out. The owners/ managers were easy to rent from. The furniture is beautiful, comfortable, and in great condition. The amenities in and around the building are great, but that final touch of cleanliness, repairs, and kept word on the kayaks would have made it a 100%! Even with all of that said, I would go back and I would recommend this unit. Especially for families.

It was a wonderful stay! The spiral staircase down to the pool and beach area made an extremely convenient. We would recommend this property to anyone. We hope to return soon!

The building is a little bit dated for the price.

The kids loved it and did not want to leave

The location of the garage outside the master bedroom window was extremely annoying. Most mornings would be woken up very early to people dumping their garbage down the chute. The only other complaint is the sweeper. With all of the sand, it would be nice to have a functional sweeper to keep the hardwood floors clean during the stay. You can buy a nice sweeper for $150.

This condo was very clean. Few things could improve, such as a dish rack, even though this condo has a dishwasher, but over all it was very nice and good location. We have been to other condos, this is the best one. We will recommend.
