Great location, beautiful views of the ocean with morning coffee or evening beverages. Saw lots of dolphins right in front of us, great beach not to crowded. Could use a large beaxh blanket or towel to put down, had some older lounge beach chairs and an umbrella...a few sand toys...it was nice to have coffee in the cabinets and extra cleaning supplies and toliet paper. Definitely coming again, just love thia area..

Location was great. Good access to the beach. We were visiting family and the condo worked well for our visit.

The condo was lovely. It was my first time staying in a property managed by Vacasa, and I was impressed with the cleanliness, stocking of supplies and service. The only downside was the building security and elevator, and it was a significant problem. There are somewhat complicated instructions for elevator keys and various locks. It's not terribly hard to figure out, but who wants to bother for a short stay. I spent some of my two-day stay helping befuddled older folks work the elevator. The elevator was also broken on and off while we were there, leaving us stranded one night until someone helped Us. A Vacasa representative gave me her personal cell phone number in case there was a problem in the future, which was impressive. But I honestly wouldn't recommend this place if you want everything to run perfectly and without a hassle. We had family staying in the condo next door, and the security there was way simpler.

This was one of the best condo's I have ever rented. It was large, beautiful, well equipped and right on the beach. Great pool and grounds. The staff at Vacasa were super friendly and helpful. I stayed there with my sons and grandsons and had a fantastic experience. Great location, 35 minutes from the airport, close to many bars and restaurants. We will be going back to this condo again next year.

My husband two daughters and I stayed for two nights at this beach rental. Great location and beach. The condo was as listed. Loved being able to use the beach chairs and umbrella provided. A pizza pan would be a great addition in the kitchen!

This condo was so beautiful, spacious and clean. We only had a little trouble turning the bathtub on and off and the keycode did not work for the front door. We would def stay here again.

The property at first appeared lovely. The view from the balcony was wonderful and the layout of the condo was nice. Unfortunately, several damages were noted and shared with the property managers beginning right after check-in. Damages included broken dishwasher, dining room light, bathtub (no running water at all), sliding door curtain rod (couldn’t close curtains), master bathroom mirror, and defective door key. The property manager offered to send someone to repair ONLY the dishwasher on our LAST day and has been unresponsive to our request for a partial refund for almost three weeks now. We will never rent a property utilizing Vacasa again, which is a shame since we visit FL yearly and were hoping to find a regular vacation condo.

We had a little hiccup with the door code at check in but it was resolved within 30 min w/ constant communication. Beautiful view, spacious condo with alot of little extras. It was nice to have beach chairs and coolers in the closet to use. A note for wheelchair users. The bathroom door in the main bedroom is too narrow to fit through. The other bedroom and bathroom just fits. You can move freely throughout the kitchen and living room.

We had a great time here. The view overlooking the beach was spectacular. We plan to book this condo in the future. Parking was a little tight for people who drive big trucks.

The unit was well decorated and well stocked with kitchen and beach supplies. The balcony, right gulffront, was a great place to spend mornings and evenings. Afternoon sun makes it too hot for a couple of hours. The property is very well maintained including pool areas. Plenty of loungers but NO umbrellas to give any shade.

We enjoyed an October stay at Indian Shores. We love the smaller towns between Clearwater and St Pete. This home was just as pictured and spacious for our family. We liked separated bedroom layout, short walk to beach, pool and parking, included beach chairs, towels and toys, security of the property, quiet and peaceful feel, heated pool. Patio furniture is upgraded from pictures. Can only recommend to upgrade the vacuum cleaner for easier sand clean-up.

The view is amazing and the home is cozy, clean, everything you wish in a vacation home.

We truly enjoyed our short stay. Pros: Very well equipped (owner thought of everything throughout the condo.. well except a crockpot haha), very clean and maintained, spacious for us 4, very secure, and quiet condo. Elevator. Beds are VERY comfortable. Slept like a baby and fell asleep quickly. Clean beaches, clear water, nice locals, and walking distance to the Seaside Seabird Sanctuary (a must see). Dolphins swimming by twice a day. Beautiful sunsets. A variety of birds. If ever in the area, I would definitely stay in 406 again. Cons: Pool closes at dusk. One bath towel per guest is a little frustrating. But they are luxurious thick soft ones. With the great security comes with a lot of different keys to keep up with. Elevator key, stair key ?, gate key and a keyless code for door and lockbox. It would of been more convenient to have a few cabinets or the pantry empty for groceries. Like I said it's a fully stocked kitchen (minus spices or cooking oil of course). Trust me, the pros outweigh the cons. It's a very nice location to rent. Loved it!

The balcony have a panoramic view of the ocean and beach. The condo is very spacious , beads and confortale and the kitchen is dotate with everything necessary.

This was a beautiful oceanfront condo. We have rented from Vacasa before, and their properties are cleaned perfectly!!! This condo was totally updated and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The 2 bedrooms and bathrooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were so comfortable. Four pillows on each bed which were perfect. The only issue we had was at check in. We had to wait for a resident or guest to come down on the elevator so we could go up to our condo to get our keys. It was not a big deal but just a little information on that would have been helpful. We loved everything about this beautiful condo. We will definitely use Vacasa again.

We spent 3 weeks at this lovely property and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Obviously, as shown in the pictures, the view is to die for and and was the centerpiece of our stay. The condo was well-appointed, spacious, clean and maintained. The building and grounds were well-attended: common areas swept and hosed down; landscaping healthy and well cared for; recent fresh paint in stairwells; clean bathrooms and decking at the pool. The building has many permanent residents and there was an overall sense of pride and respect for the property that seemed to be reflected also by our fellow guests. If we were looking to purchase a property in the area, Beach Palms would certainly command our attention. We have previously had stays in other near-by facilities and when we return, this will be at the top of our list. Unit was clean and in a nice location. Layout of condo is good and common space with living room and dining is setup well. Reserved parking underground is added bonus along with easy access to beach. Only thing I would ask would be for more than 1 garbage bag, 1 toilet roll, and some kleenex. Also, appreciated the quick turn around on the clogged shower drain.
