It was close to the beach and eateries

Their bathroom was outdated. Air conditioning didn’t work. I had to call a number and figure out how to get into the room.

The only confusing thing was we were able to use the door code (provided to me via email the day before) to enter our room, but it would not work to lock our door from the outside. I had to call Vacasa and spoke to a friendly rep who gave me the code for the lockbox for our room, which had a set of keys we could use to lock the door. Also there was no way to ensure a parking spot out front. Luckily there was always a spot available, but not sure if that would be the case for busier dates. The location was amazing. The room has a space heater that worked great for the time of year we went, but not sure it would be sufficient for colder months. I did not see an AC for warmer months. The beds were comfortable, but the room could use a better cleaning service. Overall, great for the price!

Property was nice on the outside. Had a very cozy feel

One of our bed frames was broken so making any movement was very loud and we were afraid of it breaking even more if adults laid on it. Lucky our small children were able to lay on it.

No K cups for the Keurig.

Place was 45 degrees when I arrived. Mold on the walls. Broken bed frame. I’ve never left a bad review but this was a terrible experience

Insulate under the floors. Get better heaters. Strip the walls and seal the cinder blocks. I’m not sure if this place is suitable for winter rentals unless some work gets done.

it was poorly maintained. a long list of complaints. very poor customer service. the shower was broken and squirted water in your face when turned on. there was a painting missing on the wall. the lights were shining in your face from outside until late. the lock was put on incorrectly. there was no iron provided and we had a wedding and needed to iron our clothes. it was the smallest shower I’ve ever seen. the room was dirty. there was a public hair on the bed. there was trash in the room and in the fridge. there was no shampoo or body wash in the shower.
