The views from the front were stunning, the apartment was extremely well equipped. Beds & furniture were all very comfortable & lots of storage space if required. Close to all amenities & supermarkets.

The parking was very tight but good to have free parking.

This property is amazing in every way. Totally beautiful and tastefully decorated, beautiful pictures, beautiful furnishings, beautiful bedlinen, Beautiful curtains, blackout curtains and blinds and very soundproofed, everything is in beautiful calming colours and completely comfortable in every way. The location is magnificent with super walks in both directions and interesting harbour to explore as well. If you don’t want to walk on the shingle Beachwalk of the soul path there is a very flat promenade for the whole length of the beach. Free designated parking behind the building for one car is a huge bonus. The welcome pack was absolutely lovely and filled with wonderful treats from the area, including local ground coffee and Devon tea, as well as milk in the fridge. everything was spotless, the bathrooms were beautiful, the heating regulation was just perfect for the season and we were kept perfectly comfortable day and night without fiddling ! The balcony was such a bonus, lovely to sit out and have breakfast, afternoon tea or a hot chocolate in the evening, watching the waves and listening to the shifting shingle. The very pleasant gentleman next door is the owner, he introduced himself on the first evening and we said goodbye when we left.
