The location was very accessible. It was easy to book a grab car from there and tricycles were readily available. There were plenty of restaurants around. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The water heater in the bathroom and the Smart TV work fine. The staff were very helpful and polite. They also offered airport transfers for an additional affordable fee. Last but not the least, the view of the Mayon Volcano from our room was beautiful! Thank you so much! :)

Overall, My family had a great experience with the ABACA SUITES; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and easy access.

The room is clean.

There are missing furniture, we have to request for table in the room and the staff provided. The water needed for boiling to drink coffee is for sale They have limited staff. The receptionist cashier tended our request for housekeeping services. There was no bellboy as well. The security guard helped us with our luggage.

Everything went well. Good staff, good service, and good location.

There are no lifts for old people/ senior citizens. Near the sink there is an electrical outlet that can pose a hazard to guest. Even fire to the whole building.

Staffs are kind and approachable. They always find ways to help you. Very quick response with phone calls. Breakfast are good. Room is spacious

I had a bloody nose overnight and the blood got onto the sheets. Upon checking out, we were told they could not get the blood stain out of the sheets and kept our deposit and charged an extra fee for new linen. Completely unacceptable.

Rooms was really cozy, comfortable and clean... The staff of the hotel are very accomodating especially Judy the front desk and the Owner itself is really very helpful and very kind...

Incomplete, no ref., No coffee and kettle, no hair dryer.

Only complaint I have was the road noise which obviously they cannot control
