Location, size, and with washing machine

Noise... the karaoke bar we were warned, however the next door neighbor was extremely noisy in getting in and out of the apartment, but the worst was his home alarm, which was activated every night at around 11pm, 1 or 2am, 6am or something like that... the first night was especially terrible as it frightened us it was inside de apartment like a fire alarm (it sounded right beside the bedroom). The 1am alarm activated wasn't as terrible as we were sleeping every night at around 2am, but the early morning one was excruciating with our already sleep deprived stay. It is in great location and space wise, however don't expect to get much rest. It's ok if you dont get anything better. The washing machine was great help, however plan ahead because it was minimal capacity and you have to hang dry. During these winter days and our many day laundry we were able to plan around 3 loads but was very time consuming (machine takes about 2 or 3 hours for a cycle) plus drying that many clothes. However it did come handy because we were out of clean clothes

Es handelt sich dabei tatsächlich um ein Apartment. Mal was anderes als einfach nur ein Hotelzimmer. Man hat somit richtig viel Platz und nicht nur ein einzelnes, enges Zimmer. Ich denke, ich würde unter Umständen wieder hier absteigen...

Man darf definitiv nicht lärmempfindlich sein, wenn man hier absteigen will; denn das Apartment ist über einem Pub, genauer gesagt über dem Karaoke-Raum des Pubs im ersten Stock, gelegen. Dies bringt natürlich eine gewisse Lärmbelastung mit sich; für mich war dies kein allzu grosses Problem, da ich eh immer mit Ohrstöpseln schlafe (ist aber auch nicht jedermanns Sache...). Treppensteigen, unter Umständen mit schwerem Gepäck, ist ebenfalls angesagt, da ein Aufzug komplett fehlt; war jetzt für mich auch nicht gerade *das* Thema, andere Leute hätten da aber vielleicht etwas Mühe damit. Was mich allerdings extrem bedenklich macht ist die Tatsache, dass man sich im Vorfeld der Anreise über das Web mittels Ausweis-Scans und einem Video von seinem Kopf (inklusive Bewegungen und Abgabe einer Stimmenprobe (vorgegebene Zahlen vorlesen)) identifizieren muss, da die Schlüsselabgabe völlig anonym und unpersönlich erfolgt. Erstens kam ich mir dabei ziemlich blöd vor, wie ein Hampelmann sowas machen zu müssen, zudem ist nun *irgendwo* ein Video meines Kopfes inklusive einer Stimmenprobe sowie Ausweis-Scans von mir gespeichert... Mit den heutigen technischen Mitteln wäre es also möglich, ein Deep-Fake-Video von mir zu erstellen und dieses dann auch noch mit meinen Ausweis-Scans zu "verifizieren". Der Vermieter hat mir zwar auf Nachfrage hin versichert, dass meine Daten sicher seien, was ist aber, wenn diese gestohlen werden und wer weiss für was missbraucht werden? Da müsste eine andere, weniger bedenkliche Lösung für potentielle Gäste her...

I was very unhappy with my stay, old building with extremely noisey plumbing. Unsufficient equipment in kitchen, no saucepan only a frying pan...worked was carried out during my stay, 1 whole day with workers in and out...I couldn't work or rest so spend my time sitting in coffee shps waiting to go home. Great location, but that is all..

The location and the clean facilities

The dripping ceiling… and the solution was putting a pot that we had to dump each day (picture included). The toiletries are used.

Very charming place with convenient kitchen. Great location, and very easy to check in and check out.

The location is fantastic! Very central and close to everything.

When booking the property, did not know the flat is above a pub that has Karaoke 7 nights a week. Found out the actual location 48 hours before the trip, when money was not refundable. There are mice in the flat itself, clearly this is known as evidenced by the mouse trap right outside the flat entrance.
