We stayed at this location in August 2023. The management company was very easy to get ahold of and helpful throughout the booking process to stay. The rooms were as described and comfortably fit our family and friends. The downsides - it’s quiet a walk to the beach. We ended up driving to the beach and luckily there was ample parking available. There was at least one dirty comforter on the beds. Lastly, given the significant cost of the rental for the week I was expecting nicer bath towels (they were very rough), hand towels for the kitchen, hand soap for all bathrooms with towels available as well, and even some basics in the kitchen (there was nothing in the cabinets - no cooking oil, spices), paper towels and toilet paper (only one roll was provided for each bathroom for the week) If you book this rental you really need to bring everything, minus the kitchen sink.

We stayed at this home from July 8th through the 15th. The location just can't be better. You are literally a three-minute drive from the beach (or a 10-minute walk), and with the parking permit they provide, it is the perfect location. The spacious house had plenty of room for our large family group. We did have some problems with the linens when we arrived. Some sheets were soiled but were quickly replaced by the property management company. We also had problems with the washer dryer. The management company was responsive, but it seemed like appliances needed updating. Cabinets were falling off tracks and flimsy in the kitchen. But overall, these were minor annoyances in an overall amazing beach week vacation with family.

We were so impressed with this property. The house is well decorated with very vi gotta le furniture. Three areas to lounge and get away. Bedrooms were large and really liked the main bedroom mattress. You can park your car and walk everywhere. I’m definitely going back.

We booked the house for a weekend Board retreat and the house was perfect for our group of 7. It was immaculate, well appointed and large enough to meet together comfortably, yet still offer everyone privacy. As a very picky all-women group, every one of us raved about the choice.

My family stayed here for Christmas and it was incredible! Such a perfect place for a large family to spend time together. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Best of all, the house was just a few blocks away from the beach and town!

Great place! Love the backyard and basement game room. Kitchen is Beautiful. W/D was troublesome but I’m sure they’ll get that figured out. Only downsides from my perspective are that the furniture feels like a hotel lobby vs. a cozy vacation home.

This is an outstanding rental property. It has plenty of room for many people. The basement gives a lot of entertainment for everyone. Love this place!

My husband and I and three other couples just spent the weekend in this house for the Seawitch Festival. There was PLENTY of space, and each having our own bathroom was wonderful. The house is clean and really nicely decorated. We had everything we needed, and had a great time. The only thing that didn't match the description was that the parking passes were not there. It is off-season, so that was fine. However, I did reach out and someone contacted me quickly and left a voicemail to discuss. We would absolutely stay in this beautiful house again!

This place was amazing!! We picked it in particular for the kitchen space. It allowed for a wonderful evening with dinner prepared by a chef as we watched and lingered around the dining table. Great gathering place!!

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the gracious home. It was very well appointed, comfortable, spacious - like home but at the beach! Kitchen had most everything you could want. Reasonable walking distance to everything and the beach. The fenced in backyard was especially nice for letting dogs out in the early a.m. Neighborhood is terrific - very quiet and the next door neighbor was delightful. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you to our hosts for making this a nice, relaxing get away (though it did take us a day or so to figure out the TV). Great property!

This house was lovely to enjoy for a week. Great layout to hang with family and enough space to be able to find a spot to enjoy some peace and quiet for a bit. Amenities were great and was able to find everything we needed for a wonderful vacation!!

Beautiful , Well stocked, with high end decor and furniture. Our family with 3 sets of adult kids with 3 kids under 4 spread out and enjoyed all the bedrooms. Walking distance to the best restaurants ( less than 5 min to Fins and dogfish) yet it was a quiet tree lined street. We all got “away” from the kids but were not far if needed. It was a 15 minute walk to Funland and the beach. The well stocked home came with a wagon to take to the beach and it really worked on the sand! Of course a 5 min drive with parking passes could be used if walking is not your thing. Did I mention a great playground is down the street? Oh and the basement is jam packed with board games and of course a pool table and more. Older kids would enjoy it more than younger kids but it was still a great getaway. Oh because we got the linen service it comes with not just the sheets but loads of towels ! Thanks for sharing this great home with our gang.

Well kept house for our extended family vacation. Plenty of space for 9 of us and 10 min walk to the beach. Loved being about to walk to shops and restaurants. Outdoor space was beautiful, and kitchen was spacious. Should have utilized the 2nd floor sitting area more, but so much to do!

Amazing, beautiful new home. One of the best stocked vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Beds were comfy, tons of seating and space to hang out. Location is ideal!! Lovely, quiet street. Not only quick, lovely walk to beach and boardwalk, but within 2 short blocks of a lovely park on the river and in the other direction another park at the circle in addition to a couple great coffee shops. I am very picky about where I stay - cleanliness is most important. This house was PERFECTION! It was extremely clean, large, comfortable, and centrally located. I asked the family over diner, ‘name one thing you would change about this property’- complete silence, no one could think of anything wrong. Kids loved the basement and we loved sending them down there to have a drink in the back yard or the awesome kitchen counters. Quick bike ride into town for food/drinks and just as quick to get to the beach. Can’t wait to go back. Our multigenerational family of 10 spent a wonderful week in Rehoboth, at this first-class house which was perfectly suited for our needs. Located in a lovely neighborhood only a few minutes walk into town and 5 minutes drive to an uncrowded, clear water, gentle wave beach gave us a bucolic base from which to explore, adventure, or relax. The house is exceptionally well equipped, the layout works well for large groups, the outside was private for dining al fresco. We hope to return soon. Overall we loved this home. However, the bathrooms were not as clean as we had expected, dirty cups and sink was not clean. Also, the refrigerator water and ice dispenser did not work upon check in. I called immediately but no one came to check until Monday. And then a repairman on Tuesday did not fix the issue or communicate the plan to repair. This beautiful beach home provided a wonderful setting to celebrate a family member`s 70th birthday! Our family and friends very much enjoyed the large, light-filled rooms, the comfortable and attractive furnishings, the easy walk to town and the boardwalk, and the added bonus of the basement game room! The home was very clean, and everything we needed for a fun and relaxing week had been provided by the owners. We are all looking forward to booking a stay at this great beach house next year!
