My family loved this rental. 4 generations and everyone found something to love. Pickleball tournaments, great playset for the young ones, swimming pool, spa and a lot of time spent around the firepit. The game room got a lot of use. It's a little thing, but the best pantry of any rental I've done in the last 12 years. Well stocked with cookware and serving pieces and easy to find what we needed. Multple regerators helped out w/the age old conflict of storing food vs beverages. Plenty of parking which can be an issue w/larger properties and numerous cars coming in from out of town. We were happy to be outside the city limits and close to hiking and golf. But one of the best things for me-The property owners were amazing to work with. I feel they really care about the families renting their home. Definitely 5 stars from this family!!!

Fantastic stay for all. We could not have asked for more activities. Very safe for little kids. We had a few very minor issues (as expected for such a large property) that Mark and Tammy quickly resolved. Of note if you plan on using the outdoor heaters and fireplaces and grills be sure to check your propane supply. It goes quickly, especially with the cool evenings. Tanks are easily exchanged at Walgreens just a mile or so away. We really enjoyed being outside in the evenings. Thanks so much Mark and Tammy. This is a great place.

We had a wonderful weekend hosting our friends and family at this beautiful home. It was perfect - so many rooms and so many different activities. Everyone loved it and we couldn’t have picked a better place to have everyone stay for our wedding weekend!

We were there 4 nights. Mark was very responsive to our texts! Very easy check in! So much space with several cozy sitting areas. Would highly recommend for large groups! Beds were very comfortable!

We had a wonderful time. There were so many fun things to do on the property that the children were never bored. They had fun with their cousins. All ages found things that interested them. Parents could relax and talk together. Lots of outdoor spaces to enjoy the weather. Lots of indoor spaces to gather for meals and meetings. The hosts were responsive to our needs and very kind.

Wonderful property that had so many perks! There was some thing for everyone in our family! We used the outdoor grill for several of our meals including breakfast! We will definitely be staying at this location again!

This was the perfect place for our Teddy Bear Yorkies Retreat!! We didn't have any reason to plan activities anywhere else during our 4 day stay, because there was just so much to enjoy right there on the property. With 15 adults and 10 yorkies, there was a ton of space for everyone to run around, and no one ever felt like they were on top of each other. This place is safely confined with cement block fencing all the way around and there are fun surprises of things to see and do around every corner! Mark & Tammy communicated every step of the way, as we were planning, checking in, during our stay and checking out. They were quick to respond to any challenges or questions we had and that was so appreciated. We loved the pool with the waterfall and the covered play area. We felt welcomed, even with 10 doggies, and all the pups & their "pawrents" had an amazing time! My family and I stayed at this wonderful property due to my daughter's wedding in a venue close to this house, we enjoyed every minute there, the pool the jacuzzi the game room, everyone had a great time. All the beds were so comfortable, it was a great choice staying there.

We were a group of 19 and had more than enough space and amenities to keep us all happy and busy. Mark and Tammy were friendly, accommodating and always available. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the ‘little hacienda’ and would highly recommend it to any family.

This place was perfect for our family to get together. Plenty of room for our four families to comfortably stay. Between the pool and all the outside activities, there really is no reason to leave while you are here! Will definitely consider staying here again for our next family trip!

We had an awesome time in Gold Canyon! Our family, ages 18-80, had plenty of room to spread out and have fun and relax. We really enjoyed the pool, where we spent many hours in the AZ heat. The outdoor kitchen was great. From smashburger tacos and a breakfast of champions on the griddle, to wood fired pizza in the oven, and burgers on the grill, we used it a lot. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the essentials and 3 sets of washers/dryers came in handy. Plenty of garage space for parking and plenty of refrigerators for food and drink. The covered turf area made a great place for cornhole. The owners communicated very well before and during our stay. The house is close to many hiking trails and close enough to all the activities available in the greater Phoenix area. Highly recommend a stay here with a large group.

A vacation, in a vacation! Absolutely had a marvelous time. We celebrated a 1 year old birthday and a senior citizen birthday. A wide range of activities for all. Convenient, spacious and accommodating. Great owners and willing to answer questions in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Great place and plenty of room for a large family.

Spend a week here with family and we all had a great time. This house is everything you could want, with so much to do and enjoy! The outdoor kitchen was a huge hit, as we did all our cooking and eating outside. The large shaded area with the play set is perfect for kids. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, makes it perfect for morning walks. The owners are great and are always available for anything you need. We can't wait to go back to this awesome vacation home!!!

Stayed 4 nights with family (seven couples). The house is very spacious and relaxing. Lots of activities to do on site. Especially loved the outdoor kitchen/dining area. Looking forward to our next stay there.

The home was exactly as described and exceeded expectations. There was so much to do at the house we never left (except for the wedding we came to town for). The hosts are outstanding, very responsive and proactive. They alerted me to an issue with the pool prior to our arrival which turned out to be a non-issue since they were on top of it and it was fixed before we checked in. If you are in town and have the opportunity to stay here I would highly recommend that you do. We will definitely be back!

This is such a perfect house if you're looking to relax, have plenty of entertainment for kids and adults and not have to go anywhere! We loved the outdoor cooktop and dining area, even when it rained, we could light the fire under the patio to still hang out outside (while watching March Madness on one of the many tvs around the property) and played countless games given everything onsite! Also, really appreciate how available mark was for all my questions and quick to help for anything we needed! Definitely hope to come back another time!!

We had so much fun staying here!! There was plenty of room for our large group. The kids loved the pool and play structure! There is so much to do here. We brought four-wheelers and dirt bikes and had a blast riding in the area. There is state land 5 minutes from the house that you can go riding at. Thank you!

Everything was pretty much perfect. We travel a lot and with a large family this is the place! The play ground and the pool...with a fence! The out door kitchen, bikes, games and very comfortable beds. No complaints at all. The hosts are amazing. We made the best memories. Thank you!! We will be back!

What a great property!! Really enjoyed ourselves.

We were absolutely blown away by this incredible place! So much space for our huge group, and so much for all the kids to do. Both the indoor and outdoor areas were well-stocked and very clean. So many different gathering areas. The owners were so kind and easy to communicate with. We had the best time, and we'll definitely be back.

What a spectacular house with all the entertainment to keep everyone busy. The house was amazing, clean, comfortable. There was plenty of supplies for cooking. We only burnt one pizza in the outside oven. We had family from out of state ( including us). There was plenty of room, 2 family members brought their RV’s which fit nicely in the yard with hook up. Several people enjoyed the bicycle’s that was provided. The house is located in a quite neighborhood, but close to many attractions. Ghost town, hiking, ATV trails. We never got bored. The host(s) Tammy and Mark were easy to get a hold of and was delightful to work with. Staying at Tammy’s home for my daughter’s birthday and Christmas was a dream. There were 10 of us from 3 related families. Everyone had space to be together or find a spot to be quiet or read or watch the colors change on the Superstition Mountains. I had questions for Tammy which she answered immediately. That is so appreciated. The compound as we liked to call it has an enormous outdoor space that we all enjoyed. The 2 young men from our English family loved the pool. The fire tables and outdoor kitchen were such a additional bonus. Location in Gold Canyon is stunning. Tammy thank you.

My son’s wedding was at The Paseo in Apache Junction this home is 15 minutes from there and was a perfect rental for our family. The backyard is amazing, bunkhouse and game room awesome, the kitchen very well stocked, and the beds super comfortable. Mark and Tammy the owners are wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This property and the managers are wonderful! There was plenty for everyone to do. We had planned some day trips, but we were having such a good time that we mostly stayed at the home. One grandson kept calling the home the mansion.

I would be lying if I said everything was perfect but it was close. On a property this size you have to accept that a few things may go wrong. Rest assured though that if there is an issue, the hosts are going to rectify it immediately. They bent over backwards to make our stay wonderful and made us feel like their property was our property. We felt welcome and right at home! I sincerely believe that they are trying to make this place the best family getaway rental in Arizona. As others have said, other then the occasional run to the store there is really no reason to leave. Lots of things for kids and adults to keep themselves occupied and I'm confident they will add more over time. The kids had a blast and the adults relaxed. We had no problems with any neighbor but we did follow the rules and toned it down after 10:00. So come with an open mind, be optimistic and assured that the hosts want you to have the most enjoyable time that you can. Mark and Tammy expressed to me that their goal was to make this our go to place in arizona. I believe they may have accomplished that goal! Thanks for a great stay folks.

We loved having this spacious home with tons of stuff to do on site. Having king beds in every room was a bonus for all of the families that we traveled with! Kiddos were able to have their own space out in the bunkhouse and they thoroughly enjoyed the play set and the pool. We do a lot of cooking so having the 3 fridges on site was great. Mark and Tammy were just a phone call away whenever we needed anything and they were extremely helpful! Lots of fun was had in this wonderful home! We would recommend this home to anyone traveling with a large group of people😊

This house is a great place to stay! Beds are top quality, so comfy!! So much activities to do right at the house. Host communicated so well! We will definitely be renting this house again in the future. Loved everything about it!!
