Huge townhouse, comfy furniture, beautiful community and lawn views, fairly easy access to beach. Our 4th year !

We had 3 generations from 3 states which having time together is a cherished gift. your place was large enough for us to sleep quietly yet having just one floor of living area helped keep us together.

Great location, development and size for a large group but cleanliness at this particular unit was unsatisfactory. Dirty floors, bathrooms, bedding and ants everywhere. Will not go back to this unit.

House was beautiful and clean. Location was perfect for access to bike trail, beaches, and restaurants. Mattresses could use an upgrade. Overall wonderful stay.

This very large townhouse was perfect for our family vacation. Comfortable furnishings, beautiful back yard (huge grassy area), only a short ride to the beach, restaurants, etc. Found some woodsy walking paths nearby. No problems.

Beautiful updated townhome in a luxury community
Loved the house! I enjoyed running the Breakwater Trail every morning. And the quick drive to Gordon’s Pond to enjoy the beach was fantastic. 5 stars all around for this rental!

Great location!
Nicely appointed home that was very comfortable for multiple families, including our dogs. We had a couple of issues that both the management company and owner addressed quickly. We had a great stay, thanks!

Summer 2021
Since all of us are working/going to school remotely, we decided to do it at the beach for a week. This home was perfect. No wifi issues with all of us on Zoom, TEAMS, etc. Quiet neighborhood and great bike paths. Perfect distance to the boardwalk and beach. It really is the best time of year to be at the beach! Would definitely stay here again next September if working remotely!

Love Grande at Canal Point!
The cleaning crew left a lot to be desired. There were lots of areas that were never wiped down or cleaned. This was very disappointing. We enjoyed the location very much so. Response: Thanks so much for staying with us. So sorry about your experience with the cleaning. Our cleaners offer a 24 hour guarantee. Remote work from Rehoboth Beach
We booked this right at the last minute and this pet friendly townhome was the perfect spot to relax while also having all of Rehoboth just a short bike ride away. Would definitely recommend this community to those looking for a great deal with all of the convenience of being close to Rehoboth Beach proper.
