We loved the place, the beautiful location, our comfortable room and the amazing couple running the place! They decorated the place so artsy! When we made our breakfast we sat on the terrace in the garden, lovely place for breakfast! The staff of the house was super nice as well! We recommend the guesthouse a 100%!

Comfy bed, easy check-in, little outdoor area to have dinner or breakfast. Kitchen has everything you need.

Very humid and you have to choose between opening the window to let the air circulste or letting insects in. A mosquito net on the window would be welcomed!

First of all, I would like to thank the staff for the seamless late check-in experience. The room was super clean with our own bathroom. The guesthouse itself was immaculate and there was everything you possibly needed (even a coffee machine).

Everything was great

The hosts are very nice and welcoming. There are a garden and little terrace that are ideal for a cosy breakfast or the catch the last of the sunlight. The room we stayed at was at the side of the road, but this should not be a problem since Nordeste is a very quiet place. The bathroom was provided with shampoo and shower gel.

Nothing really. There are not a lot of supermarkets in Nordeste, so it might be tricky to find some food for breakfast.

Owners were super nice, friendly and very helpful.

We had a short but lovely stay at Solo - Hospedaria São Jorge. Marta is a great host and she was already in touch with us before our arrival. I loved the decoration and the details, they have a great taste for vintage and art. The room is very comfortable and everything was super clean.

Great location, beautiful freshly renovated guesthouse, well equipped kitchen (coffee! :)), stylish living room and bedrooms, nice relaxed atmosphere. The hosts just started this season, they're already doing a great job and more improvements will be done. Nordeste is truly a hidden paradise at the far end of the island, it's offers all you need, bakery, supermarket, some restaurants... Yes it's a slightly longer drive, but it's a wonderful road with great scenery.

Unfortunately in our opinion the beds we're not so comfortable, we could feel the springs in the mattress. Nordeste can be a vivid place in the late evening, might get a little noisy when you like to sleep with windows open.

Very nice place to stay, staff communicated very well and was helpfull (they informed us that all shops are closed and recommend dinner place)
