Home is in a good location, comfortable and met all of our short term needs with a pet. Parking is somewhat of a challenge for 2 cars.

This is such a great place to stay! It's nicely tucked up in the trees and feels like a mountain retreat, but still close enough to downtown to get to experience the city of Asheville as well! We brought our 2 dogs and they were right at home and loved hanging out on the deck. Definitely a great find!

What a treat to be so close to everything and yet still tucked away against a hill for the mountain experience. Such a sweet deck, loved the beds and the shower. A great place to stay.

Went to see Tedeschi Trucks Band and had such a wonderful trip! House was so warm and welcoming. We loved all the special touches of the cafe lights, candles, coffee press, diffuser and plants. Loved the outdoor deck and beds were VERY comfortable. Great space!

House was just as advertised and Jillian was an excellent communicator regarding any questions. The stay was just what the doctor ordered. A small note not regarding the property; Asheville is incredibly crowded during this week. Thanks again.

Jillian’s home was the perfect place for our Christmas family gathering - I loved the casual elegance and whimsy of the furnishings and art. Beautifully clean, comfortable beds, great floor plan - we didn’t get to enjoy the great deck because of super frigid temperatures but the indoor space was so accommodating. Everyone who joined us for Christmas Eve loved the place! The worst I can say is that we needed more dish towels - haha! Thanks for the wonderful, soulful stay!

The house was just perfect for what two couples needed. Convenient to all locations we visited- downtown, Biltmore and restaurants. House was clean and a perfect setup! Owners were very kind and gracious. Thanks for everything!

We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO, very close to everything we did. Comfortable property with nicely thought of extras like candles, salt lamps, spices, and plenty of towels. Very nice neighbor who helped in a pinch.

This comfy/cozy house on the hill was just what my fiancé and friends were looking for. We felt right at home as soon as we walked through the front door. The bedrooms, kitchen and living room were clean, cute and gave us all plenty of room to relax. We even built a fire on the side deck the first night. We would definitely stay here again and will definitely be recommending this property to friends and family who need to stay close to Asheville!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is amazing, comfortable, and quiet. Great location with beautiful foliage around the house. It rained so we didn’t get to use the fire pit, but we were still able to sit outside and enjoy the rain since part of the porch is covered which was awesome! One thing to note is that there is another rental in the basement portion of this house. We never heard a peep from the other renters nor did we see them. 100% would stay here again though and have already recommended this house for family to stay during our wedding weekend!

The house is very clean and was perfectly set up for my group of 3 people. All 3 bedrooms and one full bath are located upstairs. Downstairs has a kitchen, dining area, living room and another bathroom with a shower. There is a nice deck off the dining area. The location provides easy access to the city of Asheville and surrounding areas. I would definitely stay here again! One small item to note is that the road leading to the property is rather steep and entering the driveway from the road for the first time is best done in the daylight. We arrived after dark and struggled a bit with getting into the driveway because it was hard to see. It is not a problem once you know how it lays out though. If you do arrive after dark, it might be worthwhile to stop on the road before entering the driveway and looking at exactly how you want to enter.
