We had a fun stay. The house was perfect for our group of seven golfers. It was clean and we really liked the outdoor area with pool and relaxing sitting area that included a small bar. There was plenty of room for all of us. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would consider this property again in the future.

The home was very accommodating. It was if I had walked into my own home. Every and anything I needed other than a cookie sheet.😀 was provided for. This is the first time I’ve ever stayed at a Vfbo but it was a very good experience. I was very impressed with the digital page the host provided us with. It gave us all information about activities, location of the beaches and grocery stores. I would definitely recommend this particular location again.

We had a two day get together. Beds were very comfortable. Spacious kitchen and very nice gathering areas in the living room and den. The pool looked great and was warm enough to swim. Would highly recommend for 3 couples with or without children.

The house was just as advertised. Very clean and family friendly. The host is super friendly and willing to assist in any way she can to make your stay easy and enjoyable. They provided nice little perks such as coffee, creamer, sweetener, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, toiletries, trash bags, etc. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

Very spacious home which was perfect for family. Nice pool and lots of towels for everyone. Beds comfortable. Neighborhood very quiet. House had everything we needed for our stay. We would stay, again, if we need a large home for family.

The home looked exactly like the pictures. It was was provided with more than we expected. Very clean and located in a good neighborhood. Property manager was very friendly and responded quickly. Would highly recommend.

Our family came to stay at this property in valrico for a wedding and when we arrived we was blown away by the size and quality of the house. Every amenity was available and everything from the luxury beds, the extremely well equipped kitchen and the beautiful pool left us not wanting for anything. The area is very close to all the stores and outlets of Brandon nearby, with Tampa Zoo and Busch Gardens just a stones throw away however the neighbourhood itself is very quiet. Jessie made sure we was well looked after and was on hand for any questions we had too which was reassuring. I cannot recommend this property for any family wanting to visit this area and Tampa, you will not be disappointed.

Wow, this was my first vacation rental and it was perfect!!!! 13 adult cousins ages 33-65 yrs old attended. 11 of us stayed overnight at property for 5 days and 4 nights. We all loved property. More experienced renters said it was the cleanest rental they ever stayed in. Another experienced renter in the group said its the only place that has ever had enough towels. And having enough towels for a group that swam daily, and had10 people showwering daily is saying ALOT! House was very well stocked. We cooked 2 dinners and breakfast daily and all the pans and cups and utensils we needed were available. Great assistance from Jesse while planning. Very responsive and accommodating. No issues at all. While the beach is relatively close the traffic to go 15 miles during holiday weekend was hectic. But none of that impacted neighborhood, house or our fun. I definitely would recommend. They also had games and items for children and pets though we didnt have a need for any of that.

This is a fabulous home. Equipped with everything you could possibly need. Peaceful location but only a few minutes from everything. In terms of shopping, restaurants etc. We travelled as a family of 5 adults from the Uk for a two week vacation and had a wonderful stay. Jessie is a great host and responded immediately to any queries we had. Can’t fault anything! An amazing place to stay😊

5 childhood friends celebrating our 50th birthdays in Florida! We did a little Disney, a little shopping a little Beach. This house was central to everything we wanted to do. The house was clean and generously stocked! We had everything we needed for the beach as well as everything in the house for a night in. Thanks for a fabulous week!

This house was perfect for my wife and I and our son’s family. We had a total of 8 people and this was just what we needed. The home was very clean and had everything you would ever need, including equipment for our beach trip including coolers, umbrellas, beach chairs sand toys and beach. This home met our needs and more. It was so spacious for our family of 8. The furniture and decor are absolutely beautiful, but doesn’t feel like a museum. We truly felt at home. I was amazed at the stocked kitchen with dishes. And plenty of towels! The owner was quick to respond to messages and very pleasant. I loved this house so much, and would definitely stay again.

No vacation home matches the care and attention to details we experienced with this vacation home. My husband hosted a family get together to surprise me for my 50th birthday over the Thanksgiving Holiday and not only did the home live up to the pictures, it surpassed our expectations. We were able to take advantage of their well stocked kitchen to pull together a delicious Thanksgiving menu with all the fixings! Then there were the many areas for family members to congregate, the gorgeous pool with all the safety considerations for our little ones. The toys, the games, the ample amount of towels, lotion, hand soap, shampoo, body wash and conditioner, pillows, blankets…I could go on! There was nothing left for us to do other than show up and enjoy. Truly the very best vacation home I have ever stayed at. Thank you to Jessie for being so responsive and committed to ensuring we had everything we needed. I highly recommended this home for family get togethers, celebrations of all kinds or just a Oasis in Florida that is convenient to Busch Gardens and St. Pete’s beach at an incredibly affordable price. overall impression was excellent. well stocked, spotless. plenty of living space for larger gatherings. I would highly recommend getting a provider for smart tv's. We could not get any local news and network sporting events. I was fortunate to use the sunday ticket app with my own subscription. It could have been blacked out and we would have no access to local broadcast.

Pool and grill was dirty ,we had problems with the front door every time we put the code it didn’t work, was a problem after other , we was supposed to check out September 4 ,but we was so disappointed that we decided to check out a week earlier, Now we are having problem getting the money back for the days we don’t stay in the property.

My family and I stayed at this home for our annual family get-away. There was a total of 9 which included two kids under the age of 12. The home is located in a nice, quiet, safe area with close access to gas, restaurants, groceries, pharmacies and of course the old reliable Wal-mart. The size and comfort of the home was very inviting. It was spotless and well-maintained. Every amenity was there and the kitchen was beautiful and completely stocked with every necessary gadget you would need. The bedrooms were nice and everyone said they had a great night's sleep on the mattresses. Of course the master bedroom suite was indeed a showplace with an awesome bath complete with an oversized shower and a closet fit for a Queen. The pool is very nice and there was a plethora of pool toys and floaties for everyone to enjoy. However, because it is exceptionally deep, depth markings would definitely be a welcome safety precaution. The screened in patio area was fantastic for BBQing and hanging out just chilling, drinking and having a great time. The owners provided all top notch items from the kitchenware to the Tide laundry detergent. Nothing was spared. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay in this beautiful property and definitely recommends it for other families looking for a great vacation home. We've stayed in quite a few homes, but this one is definitely at the top of our list. I'm sure that keeping your guests safe and comfortable is of utmost importance to you. Therefore, installing a couple of grab bars in the master shower, as well as placing a couple of non-slip strips on the marble step into the shower will definitely help prevent slips/falls especially for older adults, like myself. There was only one negative: we sent two inquiries regarding concerns that we encountered, but never received a response to either.

Property has great potential but there are some major kinks that need to be worked out. This is a newer Vrbo and unfortunately our experience was definitely not a good one. We had come to the area for a kid’s conference. We rented this home because of the location, size, pool and WiFi ability. Pros: The house is well stocked with most of the comforts of home, the space is beautiful and very spacious . The beds were comfortable and it was clean. They had a shampoo/ soap/conditioner dispenser in the bathrooms which was a great idea. The owner was very quick to respond. Cons to our experience: The pool pump broke so we didn’t get to use the pool till the morning we checked out. The owner did get it fixed unfortunately our kids group didn’t really get to enjoy it. The door code for entry never worked for us because the internet kept going in and out. The owner would let us in and we did eventually have a work around that helped some. There is parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway. The listing and owner said parking in the street is allowed however one of our cars almost got towed when she parked in the road for about 15 minutes. The other biggest issue that we had was because the Internet kept going in and out, we were not able to have Wi-Fi service. Some of the adults in our group needed to work and were unable to. That was not a very good experience. The owner did try to correct what she could, and I do believe that the house has a lot of potential to be a great rental. Unfortunately that just was not our experience. On the smaller end, there were no slip mat in the showers/bath tubs.. The surface gets very slippery and we had a few slips. I did bring this to the owners attention so she will probably fix that. The sprinkler systems are right by the front door/walkway, so if you’re going in and out you may get wet. They’re on a timer and ours was going at 8:330-9:30 am. That could either be a pro or con because it’s Florida and it’s hot.

I will say this is a new VRBO listing & I was the first to rent it. Jessie did an awesome job, everything was smooth- a few first time hiccup, but nothing major. It was awesome. This property is beautiful- I will definitely use again if ever in the area. The pics short-change this property- it is absolutely gorgeous & so inviting. Well worth the price.
