Great experience, with a great location friendly staff, and amazing property, our host was great and always communicated in a timely manner, spend four nights with a party of 12, Definitely coming back for more!

Fantastic weekend with family!

The property is everything it was promised to be, and then some. The only challenge was the noise from below near the pool after 10pm due to circumstances outside of the owners' control, and we were able to remedy them with the leadership on property in a few hours.

The property location is fabulous but there were something’s that I had to figure out upon arrival such as the fact the kitchen island had no power… check the fuse panel and had to activate some circuit breakers just to find out the dishwasher was on and wouldn’t shut off so i called and the dishwasher was disconnected and a sign of our if service placed on it which was ok but really everything was Viking. Several bathroom drains were slow causing some worry so no to cause any other issues with the unit below us. The balcony was my favorite space…fantastic!

We had such a good trip staying in the penthouse! We were able to check in early and the owner got back to any questions we had quickly! Plus the location and view was amazing!

I was the “planner” in charge of booking a Rocky Point home for spring break for three families. We all enjoyed our stay in the penthouse at Bella Sirena. We had plenty of room and thought all of the amenities etc. were quite nice. We will definitely book again.

The place was really nice. We had four couples for my husbands 40th birthday and everyone was thrilled with the space, the view and the property. Would love to come back and do it all over again in the near future.

Great location. Amazing condo!! CANNOT BEAT THE VIEW! We had a great time. Only con was that the ceiling in the master bath collapsed due to the condensation from the AC. Owner was very responsive and crew came to remedy the situation. However they never cleaned the mess that was made from the ceiling collapsing and this happened on day 1 so we had to go our entire stay with a messy dirty bathroom… soaked towels, drywall and dried paint chips on the counters and floors. Also hot tub didn’t work, but we didn’t bother the owner with that seeing as the ceiling mess didn’t get cleaned.

This was a fantastic pent house! But.. the hot tub was disappointing.. we had to figure out how to make it heat up and it took 12+ hours! The rooms also took forever to heat up, one of the bathrooms that aren’t the masters hot water doesn’t work. And getting hot water to work in some of the bathrooms was not fun! But if we didn’t have the hot water issues and hot tub situation this place would of been perfect!

We checked in on a Tuesday and immediately experienced: Inoperative laundry, unconnected sink (in middle bedroom), no heat in rear bedroom (repair attempted on 3rd day of stay and worked for 1 night), no lighting in media room, kitchen exhaust was unconnected (later found it to be unplugged), flooding from walls and exterior of roof into bathroom of rear bedroom, and despite being advertised with a private Jacuzzi, the Jacuzzi was not working. When we communicated this to the management company, they indicated that they (management and the owner) were aware that there as a part on order for a repair. HVAC repair was supposed to happen at 10AM, it happened at 4PM and worked for just one night. No one ever came to look at the sink or the flooding and the laundry repair man came on Friday, during a power outage. Power and water were out for most of Friday. We have yet to hear from management, the owner, or the host in a meaningful way. This stay was disastrous from day one. We are disputing the charges, have complained to VRBO, and will be seeking arbitration.

Awesome property! We love Bella Sirena but had never stayed in this property. It did not disappoint! More than enough room for four couples! Patio was fantastic! Spectacular views! We will definitely stay here again! Great communication with property manager!

This was a perfect location for our group of 10 ladies, the seating and sleeping arrangements worked wonderfully for all of us to be comfortable. The ice maker in the kitchen was so helpful. Towels and pillows were in abundance, but blankets and drinkware were scarce. All and all our stay was amazing. Thank you!

We were floored by how nice this property was. We had a minor appliance hiccup and the owner was really quick and receptive. Can’t recommend this place enough.

We took a group and stayed at this penthouse. There is more than enough space for the capacity. Rooms were big, penthouse was in great condition, views are amazing, linens were clean and comfortable, kitchen has everything you need, stocked with beach towels and beach accessories. We have stayed at bella sirena several times in small condos and this one takes the cake. Its worth the extra money for comfort and amenities. Clean on arrival and check in was easy.

Condo was beautiful! Condo was roomy, inviting, and clean! We had some unforeseen hiccups, but the owner was quick to respond and rectify issues. Would definitely rent again from owner and would definitely go back to Bella Sirena!

We had a WONDERFUL stay!! The property was very clean and the beds were SO COMFORTABLE:) There was an issue with the AC that was IMMEDIATELY taken care of. My only critique is that the kitchen is not well stalked. If you're looking to cook, you may need to bring some of your own tools. Also- all consumable items ( tinfoil-ziplockes etc) are not provided.

This property is stunning and has plenty of space to gather all to gather for get away for a few moments of quiet. We traveled with another couple and 7 kids ranging from 14-26 and everyone had a blast. The patio is HUGE and the private jacuzzi is amazing. We like this resort over the others because it's more relaxing and less like a party.

This unit is in a terrific location with outstanding views. The four large bedrooms and baths are perfect for multiple adults, with plenty of room to gather or even have a little privacy. The deck area is the biggest I have seen and was a frequent gathering spot. In addition, the Bella Sirena complex contains a terrific swim-up bar pool and grill. Beach access is easy with palapa’s available if you get there early. Thanks for a great experience!

This was a beautiful penthouse with all of the amenities one could ask for along with very comfortable furniture to relax and enjoy. The owners were very responsive and completely went out of their way to return money to us that we had left behind. I will definitely book here again. I highly recommend.

My husband, sister and I brought 8 teenagers for Fall Break. The penthouse is literal heaven! We felt so blessed to spend 4 full days in such luxury. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and do exactly what they felt like doing. The view is grand. We had the most perfect vacation and will be back as often as possible.

Excellent communication and responsiveness of the property owners. We had an issue with the hot tub and maintenance responded very quickly. The penthouse is exactly as seen in the photos. Bella Sinena is a wonderful resort. Definitely would return and recommend this home.

Four couples, four days, four hours from Phoenix...what a great time. This property is everything the owner tells you and more. The view from the balcony is amazing especially at sunset or sunrise both of which are spectacular. If the salsa music at the swim up bar 12 stories below is as good for you as it was for us you'll be dancing on the balcony like we were. the place was spotless clean, the staff at the resort are friendly and helpful, the food at the bar is excellent...we can't say enough good things about this experience. Thanks for a great experience in old Mexico!

The penthouse is stunning and very true to description. The view is awesome and the property itself is great. We used the gym it’s very clean and the restaurant has great food. Safe parking and clean beach!
