This house was perfect for our celebration for our girlfriend Mary 60th birthday. It was clean. It was so close to town so we were able to walk into Mystic. We would definitely come here again. It was very clean and pretty just like the pictures.

The house was exactly as described. This place is walking distance to town and the river. It’s bright and inviting, felt very clean. The bedrooms were good size.

My husband, his parents, and I recently stayed at this sweet little home in Mystic for a week. We came for our niece's wedding in a town nearby. Our main requirement was needing accommodations with a ground floor bedroom and bathroom for the parents, room for my husband and I, and room for our a couple other family members in case they needed it (ended up just the four of us)...this home fit the bill.
The home has darling style, super cozy, very clean, and had plenty of room for us to spread out. The stairs could be a challenge for older folks, but adds to the charm of the home...and again, the main floor bedroom solves that potential problem.
And we chose well staying in Mystic! We arrived a few days before the wedding, so we were able to explore the food, shopping and sightseeing downtown, and the Mystic Seaport Museum (a surprising delight-my husband cannot stop talking about it), and surrounding towns.
Thanks to Ian for such great communication with us and for such an easy and nice stay...hoping we'll be back some day.

The property was cozy yet easily ample for five. It was minutes away from shopping, the Seaport Museum, and the Aquarium. The host was very accommodating.

We had a great stay in Ian’s Mystic home. Entire house is tastefully renovated with a modern look and all the necessities are provided. For our family of 4, it was perfect for a short stay! The outdoor area with the fire pit was lovely. As others have noted, the home is close to other properties so it you’re outside, there is little privacy. (Not an issue, just a note).
The home is located on a very steep hill, no issue for us but could be a challenge for others.

We couldn’t have picked a nicer home for our family vacation. Your less than a 10 minute walk to historic downtown/surrounding attractions and a very quick car ride to Mystic Village and the aquarium. The added bonus are the RI beaches just a 20 minute car ride away. Ian’s communication and responsiveness was impeccable. We look forward to coming back again.

My husband and I stayed here over our wedding weekend and it was better than we even expected! The beds were so comfortable and the house was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. Ian was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. Easy to walk to fun spots like the Engine Room! This house just checks all the boxes for a relaxing stay in Mystic. I already want to come back!

This house was perfect for a girls trip to the area. Everything was super clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable even the pull out couch was super cozy. The location is a quick walk to popular restaurants and shopping in Mystic and also close by to other nearby attractions like the casinos, vineyards and Rhode Island Beaches. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

We loved our stay here and it was very accommodating for our 98 year old grandfather and a baby. We loved that we could walk to town to enjoy all the restaurants and local places. Ian was great to communicate with and was very helpful throughout our stay.

The finishes were beautifully done. Bedrooms were spacious. My bed was so comfortable! Amazing location......we walked into downtown Mystic every night.....just a few short blocks. Looking forward to staying there again! Highly recommend

We booked our trip to Mystic in hopes of finding a cute place to visit outside on NYC, and everything about our stay was perfect! The house was absolutely adorable and very well appointed. We easily found everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and there was plenty of room for the whole family.

We had a great time in Mystic in this beautiful and comfortable spacious home. Everything we needed, close to downtown. It was too cold to enjoy the outdoor space, but we will be back. Host was very communicative and available if we needed anything.

This home was as good as it looks! The perfect space for 5 girlfriends to have their own space, yet gather to make a meal and play some games. Location made it easy to enjoy the heart of the Mystic Seaport and then have a quiet peaceful place to lay our heads. Beautiful decor, comfy beds, and Ian was a wonderful host. He was eager to ensure our visit was enjoyable and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

My friends and I loved the property! The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It is beautifully remodeled and furnished to make guests feel very comfortable. Ian is an amazing host. The check-in process was easy and he was always available for questions. Finally, the house is walking distance to town. It was such a convenient location. I’ve shared the listing with my local friends and told them their visitors should check it out. You can’t do better than this house.

7 of us stayed at this beautiful house for the weekend. We had a lovely time. The house was spotless and came just as advertised. It is in walking distance to the Seaport and many shops and restaurants. We had 4 adults and 3 teens and plenty of space to sit back and relax and enjoy each other's company. We plan on making our trip to Mystic an annual event and will definitely book with Ian again. He was so helpful and responsive! Thank you Ian for a wonderful weekend!!

This house was fantastic! Stayed here for a girls weekend away. We were a group of 5 women. Ian’s home was so welcoming and well appointed. We used the kitchen to cook and loved having a keurig and water dispenser. Everything was clean. The beds were comfortable, even the sofa bed!
I contacted Ian during our stay to ask about linens for the pullout and he responded quickly and his property manager came by to make sure we had everything we needed.
Ian went above and beyond even coordinating with my husband and offering to deliver some fresh baked goods to the house for us to enjoy over the weekend. Truly an enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend this host and his house!

Home away from home
Location location location, we couldn’t have asked for a more centrally located property to do all we needed to do in Mystic. We walked everywhere and didn’t use our vehicles once! The house was pristine ,looked brand new, everything one would need for a family weekend..
We did make time to use the seating area outside with the fire pit
Communication with Ian was seamless as was check in and check out
Everybody commented how comfortable the beds were….
I am definitely giving this review a 5+, and can’t imagine staying anywhere else when I return to Mystic.

We had a wonderful stay at this property Mystic Connecticut. It was very clean and tidy. Check in was easy and the host was incredibly communicative. The only small issue for us was that our family of eight was a little tight. The house was very lovely and felt brand new. Also, the location can’t be beat. A short walk to downtown Mystic and a short drive to Watch Hill, The Seaport and The Aquarium. Thank you!

This place is amazing! Ian is so quick to respond and accommodate where he can. The space was perfect for a group of 5 with 4 beds and a pull out sofa (brand new). Everything was immaculate and if we needed anything Ian or the property manager attended within 30 minutes. Loved all the details of the home in the kitchen and is really short walk to the downtown if you don't want to deal with parking...we will 100% be back!

We absolutely loved our stay ! Our host, Ian, was incredible. Kept in touch with us from the start of our booking until we left to be sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was ideal to be able to walk to the shops, restaurants and sights but still in a quaint, safe and quiet neighborhood . The house was recently renovated. All modern conveniences, extremely comfortable beds, spacious sitting areas , updated kitchen while still maintaining a charming feel. We were four friends sharing the house and it was more than enough room for us. We couldn’t have asked for more and will definitely highly recommend to everyone we know interested in staying in the wonderful town of Mystic.

Amazing property
We can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay here! The house was beautiful, clean, spacious and so close to town! We walked downtown every morning and night for food and sunsets and it was so fun. We had three kids with us and they loved the upstairs bedroom. It’s a beautiful home in a great location. The owner was so fast to respond to any questions that came up and so friendly! Super cute neighborhood as well. Highly recommend!! Thank you!!
