House was bigger then we thought, clean with pretty much everything needed already there. Sitting out on the porch watching the hummingbirds in the mornings was so peaceful

Clean, comfortable place stocked with items you might need but forgot to bring! Fencing around deck and lawn is great for our dog. Also has room for us to park our pontoon

We enjoyed our stay and everything was as described! The porch was great for morning coffee and we loved the fenced in yard! The kitchen had everything we needed and we would definitely return!

This was our 2nd stay here, as always, great clean home, great atmosphere and always stocked for what you need. Will be back again next year.

Very well stocked kitchen
Everything you could possibly need to prepare a meal..Plenty of towels and wash clothes. Great deck very nice grilling area. We had a cook out for family and the yard was so awesome for our grand kids ages 1 to 11. Played and enjoy and we didn't have to worry about road traffic or what they were doing

The home was just as described and the owner was responsive to inquiries. Really appreciated all the extra details for the dog and kids. Would book again.

After booking home and money being taken with in 15 mintues of booking, the reservation was cancelled and hour before we got to the home. The "replacement" homes were 30 miles away and 55% higher then the original booking..feels like a bate and switch. I was given 30 mintues to take the offer..and told it would be 3 to 4 days before i get my money back. Very RUDE and unprofessional. We USED to use this service 5 or 6 times a year...wont be using it again.

We enjoyed our time at your home. Everything you could ever need is supplied for you and your dog. Deer under the apple tree every evening.

We came in for our annual cousins trip from Texas and we had the best time! The house was emasculate and had so many sweet and thoughtful touches. The kids loved all of the games and crafts. We enjoyed the movies hanging out on the deck. Close to everything and the lake! Great stay, will be back to stay again!

Friends and I booked this home for a short get-a-way to Heber Springs area. The proximity to the lake was great. We really enjoyed to comfy recliners in the front room and the wide variety of movies. It was also nice to have plenty of the USB chargers for phones and other devices. The back bathroom could use a 6-way to accommodate my hairdryer but that is my only suggestion. It was very nice that everything was on one level, and the big deck would be great for alfresco dining. This place will definitely be my go-to when rebooking for the area.

It was perfect! Everything you need is at your fingertips, this is truly a pet friendly home with pet beds, food bowls, completely fenced in yard and a doggie door. The house is cozy and decorated so cute for Christmas, very charming. I would definitely rent again!

Only had a short time for our visit and enjoyed staying in a house rather than hotel. Enjoyed the location and yard and being out of the city. Close to Heber Springs which was a quaint town with a lovely lake and nearby hiking. Having the yard and deck was a big plus for our dogs wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfectly Comfortable
Everything was perfectly suited for our trip. 10 minutes or less to anything you wanna go do, great for kids and dogs, we thoroughly enjoyed staying here.
