Beautiful house with everything you need; very clean too. Great location in The Villages to get around. Really lovely neighborhood. Having access to the golf cart was a plus too. Looking forward to returning to the same house.

The house is absolutely beautiful! Very clean and well stocked! The little touches they add are so special. Great location also. We will recommend and definitely stay there again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful and was stocked with everything we needed, and more. The location was great. We used the golf carts every day to go to the rec centers, play golf and enjoy the evenings in one of the town squares. Thank you Jenny for a wonderful few weeks!

Let me start with saying this property was everything and so much more. The location was 5 minutes from Brownwood Town Square. I loved that each bedroom had large televisions. This property also gives you the option to rent an additional golf cart if needed directly from the owner. The neighbors were very friendly and enjoyed talking with them. Grocery stores and restaurants were all accessible via the golf cart. The property was very clean and had everything needed for our vacation. I definitely plan to stay at this property in the future. This is one of my favorite properties to rent. Kudos Jenny & Dan!

Everything from the house, to the location, to zooming around in very nice golf carts, it was all lovely. Jenny went out of her way to make sure we had a sports channel so we could watch the Timberwolves! Highly recommend!

Our family group of 5 adults were very very pleased with our stay in Jenny's home. Our favorite spot in the house was the lanai which we used every day, rain or shine. Plentiful of seating both outside and inside the home for chats, dining, reading and tv watching. It is a lovely home with beautiful landscaping and decor, thoughtfully furnished for her renters. We would not hesitate to rent this home again. We dined at the house for most meals so all the appliances (including the grill) were in use without any issues. The house was well stocked with initial disposable supplies and linens. A plus were the folding lawn chairs available for use when we traveled to the music venues. The home location was an easy golf cart ride for activities and entertainment to the Water Lily rec center, Brownwood Square, Edna's On The Green, and a bit further to Sawgrass Grove. The men in the group were able to play golf as much as they could schedule (although there was a bit of a learning curve to that). The two nature trails nearby were a big plus, being able to walk safely off the road and with so much wildlife to observe. Any question or concern we had was quickly addressed by either Jenny or the on-site Home Watch person. Compliments to both for being so attentive!

Beautiful home, clean and well equipped. Felt very comfortable. Check in easy, Local contact very helpful and supportive. Neighbors friendly. Excellent location for enoying the many amenities of the Villages.
