This place is right in the heart of Nye beach. Access to the beach is just next door!
The place was clean, quiet and had a nicely stocked kitchen with a great coffee machine, pots pans and a good assortment of kitchen utensils.
The gated parking was a nice bonus.
Will definitely be coming here again!

This was a wonderful location! It's a short walk to beach, great restaurants, other shops, and an ice cream & taffy shop that made sure my son (who is allergic to nuts) was able to have his ice cream dessert safely. It is also a short drive to Yaquina Head Lighthouse Outstanding Natural Area where we observed tide pools and our daughter became a "junior ranger."
The gem piece of the condo is the living room area with views of the beach and lighthouse. The kids enjoyed listening to the ocean as they fell asleep.
The only real issue we had was that the instructions for our code to get into the condo was lacking a key feature, but fortunately another condo visitor was able to help us as we checked in on a Saturday evening and couldn't reach anyone.
Overall, we loved our stay and would enjoy visiting again if we are able.

We decided to stay here again because spring weather at the Oregon coast is a roll of the dice. Even in the cold and wet, the view is great and you are a short walk from multiple restaurants. Also. when the sun peeks out, you are close enough to the beach to zip down there and take advantage. This is a great location

This is a fabulous location for experiencing the Pacific NW coast. Spectacular views from the primary living space. Easy access to the beach and lots of dinning choices within a short walk. Property host was very accessible. Highly recommend this vacation rental.

If you're looking for incredible views and easy beach access, this is the place! The condo itself was very clean and accommodating. We could walk to restaurants/shops in just minutes. Sweet Homes (management company) made the entire rental process super easy with great communication. During our stay, we recommended the condo to friends and they booked a weeks stay. We will definitely be back!

We wanted a place to hang out and have great views of the ocean and this property delivered. Nicely appointed inside with quick access to the beach and multiple choices for meals within a short walking distance. There is a designated parking spot for the unit as well.

The property was clean and well stocked with all the supplies necessary for our stay. Perfect location that is close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Views of the ocean and lighthouse were perfect. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved this property looking out on beautiful Nye Beach. The kitchen was well equipped, bed was comfy. The listing clearly stated that there was a BBQ to use, and we were quite disappointed to discover (by contacting the management group) that this wasn’t the case. She said none of the units in this building had BBQ’s, but listings for the units they managed included BBQ’s and laundry facilities. We had planned on using both of these amenities since we were there for almost a week. Please make sure what’s listed is actually available. Other than that, it’s a great space, fun neighbourhood and amazing view.

This was actually a great little place to stay. My wife and I came in town for the seafood and wine festival and the location was just perfect. Centrally located in Newport near stores and restaurants and overlooking the beach. Comfortable bed and a great view of the ocean. We will be back.

From Colorado and first time visiting Oregon. Newport and Nye Beach were fantastic and this condo was perfect. The view from the living room looks down the beach with lighthouse views. East access to the beach, just around the corner. Walk to get breakfast, lunch, or dinner at the multiple restaurants in the neighborhood. Would recommend 100%.
