We did not enjoy the breakfast at all We do not eat beef or pork and there were no lamb or chicken options Had to phone twice for an iron Phoned for a porter to collect bags and we waited but nobody arrived

Very convenient for where its situated. Literally closer to everything. Clean rooms,friendly staff…staff soo helpful omg.

Checking in time is a little late and the procedure is slow,waited 45 minutes to be checked in.

- at 6 pm our rooms where not ready - we then waited 45 min in reception 2 only find out they fully booked for the specific sea facing room we booked - we where then told they only have internal rooms we reluctantly agreed - we then walk up to our room to find the cleaning team still busy with the room while we stood and waited - worst radisson hotel I have stayed at around the word

The location is good, but the value for money isn’t. Definitely overpriced.

The rooms are not the biggest one, even the Suites, especially for the asking price. Comfort of the Bed, much to soft mattress, the Aircon wasn’t probably not working well, even when you switch them off they continue work. A big pain are the elevators. One of three wasn’t working and you had to wait always a long time. All together, the best one was only the breakfast.

The hotel's check-in process is notably lengthy, with a shortage of friendly staff, some of whom don't even smile—an unusual experience. Despite the claim of sea-facing rooms during booking, the rooms offer only a partial sea view, and the beds face the opposite direction, eliminating the possibility of waking up to a perfect ocean view. Poolside service is slow to almost non-existent, with many unavailable items. Housekeeping fails to replace basic amenities, necessitating daily phone calls. Occasionally, we requested champagne glasses, but they never arrived. It was my husband's birthday during our stay, and I sent an email seeking assistance to make it special, but received no response, which was quite disappointing. The in-room dining menu lacks variety, especially for children, and lacks drink options. Checkout personnel could benefit from being more amiable.

Beautiful views and the rooms are really smart.

They didn’t clean my room after asking them 3 times. The next day when they did clean my room they removed the towels and didn’t replace them. Overall the service was really poor.

I booked a superior room which was very average for the price but what was really annoying was that it had an inter leading door to the room next door. We could hear everything in the next room including a crying baby at 5 in the morning. Not pleasant at all

On arrival I was placed in a room that I didn’t book, I had booked a sea view room and was put in a pool view room. I’ve had Radisson staff open my room door twice while I was inside which was invasive of my privacy.

No duvet in the room at check in, no water in the room, toilet and shower drain was overflowing the whole bathroom floor was a sea of chemical smelling water. This spiked my Athsma. Management sent an apology note with a slice of cake and bottle of bubbles
