The property is in a good location on the banks of the Seine and a mile from the railway station (line to Paris). It is easy to get to Giverny (Monet house and gardens). High class knives in the kitchen and good quality kitchen furnishings. When we asked to change from the double bed to two single ones (as I have broken my arm and need more room) the owner came very promptly to change the bedding. The table and chairs outside (with umbrella) were good in the nice weather. Very clean and good quality furnishings.

Facilities in the kitchen were poor despite the modern ambience as described above: there is no kettle; no coffee-making facilities other than a maker that requires specific coffee pods to be bought (and is very environmentally unfriendly) and no grater (for carrots, cheese etc) - the owner said he would provide one when we asked, but he did not. There was no corkscrew/bottle opener, although the owner brought one after a day or so. There are no instructions for the coffee maker, the induction hob or the washing machine or indication of what sort of soap to use for the latter. There is no jug (or pan with a lip); the only saucepans, though good quality, were enormous - about 26cms diameter; no oven gloves and only 3 thin cloths in the kitchen (I burnt myself getting food out of the oven); no towel for the kitchen or toilet (we asked for some but they were never supplied). There was no wi-fi until the second day we were there. There is only one settee/easy chair. This is very low and difficult for people like us who are elderly (I sat on pillows, otherwise I couldn't get up!). We asked for 2 spare pillows (one to put my damaged arm on at night) but we were not given these and the owner had taken away the bedding for the double bed which we were not using. Sadly, these made our stay less than happy. The entrance to the property is through an area full of builders' rubble - not very attractive at all. This could have been tidied up at least.

very nice apartment. good equipped and with parking directly at house. with terrace. every room is air conditioned which was very good in the hot July.
