Good communication. Altbau-flair. Big Apartment with a big Sofa. Nicely furnished and decorated.

Couldn't use the TV as the System is set to a foreign language. I was aware it was right next to the train Station which is convenient for travel but some trains did wake me.

Disappointed that there was only one roll of toilet paper (not a full roll), With 6 people that quickly ran out. Being after 9 pm when we realized there was none in the building. Also, on Sunday the stores were closed. We were able to borrow a roll. At least a couple of extra rolls would have been nice. One very disturbing thing happened early Sunday morning, about 6:30 or 7:00 am. There are two doors to the apartment, The main front door and a door that opens up into one of the bedrooms. My 15 and 17 granddaughters were sleeping in that bedroom when someone opened the bedroom door with a key and walked right in. He started speaking German (they do not speak German) to them. They do not know what he said. Then he closed the door and left, They woke me up, by then the person was gone. I do not know why they were there. Could it have been double booked? I was extremely upset by this. You and your family have to feel safe and secure when staying in a rented home. I have reported this to Booking.com. That incident aside we liked the apartment and it's large rooms and the kitchen, beds were very comfortable.
