The check in was good, the staff were friendly, our room was quiet and perfectly clean, there was a large Flat screen TV. There were ample towels and toiletries and additional pillows too. We ate in the restaurant which had a good menu choice offering local cuisine, the food was excellent, well prepared to order and the staff were very attentive. There was a good wine list too. Breakfast was very good and even included an automatic toast maker to make toast.

The rooms are modern and comfortable with good amenities. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, staff were helpful.

The rooms have different layouts and contents, e.g. one room had no bedside tables, another had a shelf above the bed. Some rooms had weird windows between the bedroom and bathroom which could be switched from opaque to clear, enabling people in the bedroom to see their roommate in the shower or worse! The hotel is quite a long way from the city centre and there’s not any bars and restaurants nearby. It would have been helpful to have the restaurant menu in the room.

not that I didn’t like - but downstairs is being renovated. there was no noise etc to bother us - it was just a bit like walking through a building site at times.

Check out is too early. Normally, other hotels let you leave around noon, but this one was at 10.30... They let us stay an extra 30 mns though. Renovations going on at the moment.

Lovely room and excellent dinner in the restaurant.

TV was on in the restaurant and several speakers relayed the audio. Very disturbling if you.wanted a relaxed evening talking with your partner.

Friendly staff, room was clean, we had a room away from traffic and it was very quiet. Breakfast was good, the staff brought extra coffee and food if requested. Also, there are no restaurants within a moderate walking distance of the hotel, so if you don't have a car you may have to eat at the hotel restaurant. But it is a good restaurant, so you will be able to enjoy good food and drink there!

We asked about bus transportation into the city center, and were told there is none, that we should take a taxi. But right outside the hotel there is a bus stop. Later on the first day of our stay the tourist office explained what buses we needed to take to get to and from the hotel. The hotel employee should have known this, or been able to find out about buses for us. A photo of the bus company tickets is included in this review. The taxi ride, at night, from the center of town to the hotel was €17.

We like the stay here, even if the first impact was not very good, we found our room very nice, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and the staff is very polite.
