This house is simply beautiful. The added bonuses were sitting on the porch, having coffee, listening to the birds, watching the deer eat, absorbing the beauty of the lake, the mountain and the crisp fresh air. I highly recommend this proprrty.

It was amazing and absolutely beautiful! We stayed there for a couple of days and we drove into Branson for three days. The drive was not bad at all. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We took the kids to the park one afternoon. I have never seen so many deer!! The kids loved watching for them in the late afternoon. The house was just perfect. Big enough that everyone had their own room, and that was great for the little kids. The balconies were the perfect place to sit and talk about our day and play games after some had gone to bed. Definitely will be back!!!!

We came to Holiday Island with an age range of 4 months to 87 years old. The property met all of our needs with high end finishes and the host was easy to contact.The location on the lake was great. We also had access to the pool nearby. Great vacation!

Walking into this home is like walking into a dream house! State of the art kitchen with everything you need to cook, grill, bake! 2 Kayaks were available for use in the river. We went into the water, but you definitely need good water shoes that are tight on your feet. Rocky Beach but we got through it to the beautifully warm water that was very clean. Our family spent a week here to celebrate my mom's 85 birthday. The youngest guest was 3 months old. We played games, watched movies, cooked together and had a lot of cousin bonding! We had so much space! The outdoor deck was amazing to sit on....morning, noon, and night. Stargazing at night was amazing...we even saw shooting stars. We took one day to visit Eureka Springs which is a quaint historical town! We also went to Cosmic Cave which was a great place to see. Some of us took advantage of the Holiday island pool which was accessed by paying a small fee($5pp). We also golfed for a day. The grocery store is about 15 min away. We bought most of our food the first day so we didn't have keep going to the store. There is a marina nearby, if you have a boat or want to rent one, it is available. We saw people tubing and water skiing. Everyone waved to us while we were on the water. Very Friendly! I highly recommend this home for a family vacation! You will not be disappointed.

This is not your typical VRBO. 5 star accommodations! The entire house is beautifully decorated, fully stocked and unbelievably comfortable. The bedding makes you feel like your sleeping on a cloud! The view is amazing and overall it’s a great location for some family fun. We will definitely be back.

Our group consisted of five couples and our single friend. We came down on motorcycles to ride the beautiful hills of Northwest Arkansas. We rented Lakeside because of its six bedrooms. We were surprised to find that the sixth bedroom (the bunkbed room) is attached to another room (downstairs Queen room) and does not have its own access. Our single friend was planning on using the room until we found out he would have to go thru one of the couples room to access it. Other than this issue, we had a great stay.

We stay at several VRBOs each year. This home is different. Instead of the cheapest coffee pot, they have a nice Keurig, with pods. Instead of a $100 Walmart special grill, a Green Egg. Sharp knives and drawers full of cooking utensils. Perfect for a family that basically goes on long weekends all planned around what we are eating for the next meal. If you haven’t stayed on this part of the lake, you should. Quiet, but plenty of water for any boat.

Where to start, so many wonderful things!!! We loved the location of the home…quiet setting with beautiful views, wildlife everywhere (deer in the yard every evening and most mornings). Every thing you need is provided in kitchen, bathrooms ans bedrooms. We loved the huge covered back deck and sat out there every evening after spending the day in Eureka Springs. Contacted the manager about what we thought was an issue but actually wasn’t and she responded very quickly as did the owner! They were so easy to work with. Can not say enough good things about this stay!! 5 stars!!

The house was gorgeous and well suited for our family. We had a variety of ages and there was entertainment for each group. The view was amazing. The beds are so comfortable and the house had everything you needed!

We absolutely love this house and everything it has to offer! We will come back many more times!

The house was in a perfect location right next to the water and just minutes from the marina. It had multiple spaces for socializing and relaxing. The bed/room setup accommodated multiple families. The house was well decorated, was clean, smelled lovely and had all quality kitchen accessories that we enjoyed using. It made us feel at home! Would stay again!

This house doesn’t feel like a VRBO. It feels like a friend let you borrow their lake house. The house is actually closer to the lake than the pictures show. We had one boat and just pulled up to the bank for folks to get on. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is huge and well stocked. Family vote after the trip was to come back next time.

We had a great time at this beautiful home. The house is new and really well decorated. It was close for us to go canoe the white river and near the Holiday Island Marina where we rented a boat. There were also lots of deer in the neighborhood which the kids loved!

We cannot say enough about how wonderful our Father’s Day weekend trip was! This property looks like it’s out of a magazine! Being on the water was so nice! Every evening we would watch the deer right off the patio and watch the sunset! The kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked with anything you might need. The beds are also the fluffiest bed I’ve ever slept on! The house is a mile from the marina and only 10 minutes from Beaver Dam for amazing trout fishing! We can’t wait to go back!
