We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were looking for a weekend getaway and when we arrived we knew this was a special place. The cabin overlooks a pond in a pasture. The cabin itself is just like the pictures. Clean and very detailed. There is a lot of attention to details in the cabin. We will be booking again. We met Randy and Donna at the pond the first evening that we were there. Very professional and great hosts. The rest of our stay we enjoyed the peace and quiet of the secluded setting with the babbling brook. We definitely recommend.

Terrific 2BR/2BA cabin, renovated to perfection. Couldn't have asked for nicer hosts (who live on the property). They have paid attention to details to make visitor's stays comfortable. Convenient location and, if you have a dog, they will love the huge field with a pond in front of the cabin. Highly recommend.

We loved everything about our stay in this cool cabin! The property was beautiful with a pond, pasture, and walking trails in the woods. The Blue Ridge Parkway is very close .

Extremely well envisaged and constructed getaway. Lacks nothing for a stay in the country. Plenty of hiking and beautiful covered deck. Blowing Rock and Lenoir both within a 15 mile radius. Quite secure but still provides serene surroundings. Will use again.

The cabin was absolutely perfect! Everything was fresh and clean. The property was equally as amazing and my kids had the best time playing in the creek. We got to meet the owners who were so lovely and gracious. We can’t wait to go back.

The owners have decorated and cared for this property to provide an experience for others to share. A one of a kind for sure.

We have been renting property in the area for two years. Hopefully soon our house will Be complete but until then this is the only place we want to stay. The cabin is exquisite! Such detail and comfort. The outdoor amenities are Devine. Each morning and evening we watched as the local deer grazed the field. We were able to let our dogs roam around the field which we stretch out like legs a little. The house is 5 min from blowing rock and a little over an hour to Charlotte and Asheville. We will stay here again 100%

This was our first time using VRBO and I had searched through many properties trying to find a great cabin to have a surprise getaway for my wife on her birthday. I came across this one and the pictures are great, but do not do it justice. This property is immaculate and extremely comfortable. The property owners were very responsive and fast with answers. They took the time to have a laminated list of FAQ's that was tableside when we came in and made the entire experience smooth. I would 110% recommend this property to anyone. Will definitely be booking here again when the weather gets just a little warmer! Thank you for a great experience!

We had a phenomenal time at this property, Donna and Randy have really outdone themselves in creating such a warm, welcoming retreat. We loved the beauty of the land during Fall, and the ability to do some roaming on-site through the woods with our dog. The cabin was absolutely perfect for a family of 4 plus a dog, and we hope to make it back in the future to enjoy another North Carolina Fall.

We had a great weekend stay at the cabin. It was beautifully decorated and modern while still having a rustic feel. The property has lots of woods and a pond to explore. We ran into the owners and their dogs while exploring and they were very friendly. Definitely would stay again!

We stayed here over Labor Day Weekend. The cabin is fantastic with all amenities possible supplied. The cabin was very clean, spacious enough for four adults and perfectly remodeled. Our hosts, Donna and Randy, were equally fantastic. We enjoyed a few chats with them during our stay. We will definitely check out this location the next time we head to the Blowing Rock/ Boone, NC area. We highly recommend this property!!

Randy and Donna have created something very unique. They were great hosts and the cabin was spectacular. We always enjoy Blowing Rock, but staying at the creekside cabin made it much more enjoyable. We will definitely be back.

This charming historic cabin was perfect for relaxing in the mountains, and our hosts were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed comfortable beds, wide porches, modern amenities, peaceful surroundings, and privacy. Our grandchild loved feeding the fish! We would definitely return, maybe when the mountains are vibrant with Fall colors.

This property is perfect for a weekend getaway. Quiet and in an excellent location to Blowing Rock and more! Both Donna and Randy were very accommodating, offering hiking and dining recommendations upon arrival. My husband and dogs absolutely loved it.
