Stay was good we arrived later than planned and some expected guests wasn't able to join us because on arrival to the house it seemed kinda spooky being the grass and bushes tall uncut at the end of the alleyway behind the market then entering the house for inspection noticing the laundry room door in the floor first and noticed other things damage the next day not wanting to deal with these issues on my sons birthday.

This house was everything we needed for a family week in Nashville. The check in process was very easy and the house was spotless! One of the cleanest Vrbo houses I’ve stayed in. The location was great for Nashville activities while being quiet and away from the crowd. Very close to the lake and had an amazing coffee shop that was in walking distance from the property. Would highly recommend this location for families looking to stay in a quiet Nashville area.

The property is very nice and modern. It is new construction. The river and golf course were not as close as expected. The property faces the back of what seems to be run down buildings, one however is a nice little flower shop/ convenience store. The area seems to be in revitalization

We came to Nashville for a Savahnna Banana game. We were 20 minutes away from the park and 25 ministers from downtown. Very easy to get to both places. The house was very nice with plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. It was great to be able to put our vehicle in the garage too. Definitely would recommend this property. The only thing we don’t like was the water pressure.

It was the perfect place to stay outside of Nashville to get away from the craziness of the city. It was quiet in the neighborhood. Everything was nice and new in the house. We enjoyed our stay.

Rented this property for a golf outing and could not have asked for better. Location was great, close to really great food and atmosphere. Property had everything you could ask for and was super clean. Owner was nothing short of amazing with communication and timely receipt of access code. Will stay here again without question.

This location is a relaxing place to have an overnight leadership planning session. It offers a a welcoming decor and a safe environment. It's centrally located near a delightful marina restaurant that's in walking distance.

This home has it all! The beds and linens exceeded my expectations. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, coffee machine, toaster, etc. I loved having a washer and dryer! The location is great. I could get everywhere I wanted within 20 mins. We will most certainly book this home again if we are anywhere near Nashville. You won't be disappointed!

We traveled with four adults and one dog on a family road trip. This stay was really nice. The beds were incredible! We really appreciated being able to park in the garage and the location was just a quick drive to sights in Nashville. The home is located in Old Hickory just northeast of Nashville. Found a cute coffee shop just around the block called Dose - definitely give them a visit. Three bedrooms were great and there was even a twin bed cot that could have been utilized. There was no laundry facilities available, which we expected, but just sharing as an FYI. Communication with the manager was quick and helpful. Would definitely recommend this home to others!

The house is very clean and modern. Cute little neighborhood and only 25 minutes to downtown Nashville. Great response from the host and did not have a need for anything. Everything we needed or wanted was there. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if back visiting Nashville.

We came for a long girls weekend and the property was as advertised. You can tell everything is new, clean and well kept. Beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have tv’s in each room. Kitchen has all the amenities you need including drip coffee! We enjoyed staying outside of the busy downtown area. You can tell the area is regentrifying, that would be our only word of caution. Great stay!
