The location was easy to find and the lodge perfectly situated. The hosts sent us a door code before arrival and greeted us warmly when we did arrive

all excellent. The lodge was clean with every convenience. Bed and Furniture very comfortable. The lodge was cosy and welcoming. We only stayed one night but didn't"t really want to leave.

Quiet and home frim home. Everything you need after a tough day at work. Power shower to most comfortable bed. Plus all the little touchs that were added like milk , juice and lagers in fridge.

Nothing to dislike

Thistle Lodge is located on a quiet suburban area with off road parking on the shared drive. It is accessed via a lovely garden and provided us with a very good nights sleep in the comfy double bed. Great bathroom and kitchenette facilities with tea, coffee, milk, orange and a couple of bottles of beer! It had everything we needed for an overnight stay, in fact, I would like to have stayed longer it was so comfortable. Highly recommend!

Such care was taken: beer in the fridge on arrival; decent orange juice and fresh milk for breakfast; and a late checkout on request because I had a late start for work the following morning. Good advice on a takeaway meal for delivery. Really comfortable accommodation: what more could one ask?

Clean and comfortable. Milk for a brew, with selection of tea bags was a nice bonus.

Beautiful setting, great communication. Loved every minute of our stay here for Harry Potter Tour! Lovely little walk down by the canal. Thanks for a great stay! 👍

Very pleasant welcoming host, clean, tidy, and couldn"t expect better what I got, very nice clean garden with generosity of what you need after travelling time with biscuits chocolate etc thank you for everything definitely recommended to others to stay there :)

very clear instructions for us to find our way. good size, warm underfloor heating, comfortable bed, generous supply of drinks (coffee tea and even milk and orange juice in mini fridge). nice shirt walk to the town centre.

This is one of the best accommodation I ever stayed in around London. Everything here makes sense: lights with sensors, clean accommodation, attention to detail, layout, the bed is comfortable and many more. Communication with the hosts was very good, they have given me clear instructions about access and use of the lodge. I saved this accommodation and I will recommend colleagues and friends.

Beautiful garden lodge that was surprisingly spacious and very well presented. Very comfortable bed and a wonderfully hot shower. Great to have a small kitchen area to prepare own food. Easy to find and enter with great hosts. Quiet location - slept wonderfully.

Would have been nice to have a lamp in the living space as an alternative to the bright spotlights. But otherwise everything was perfect!

Absolutely lovely ....hidden away but still easy to access places Owners couldn't be more lovely we will definitely book again in the future😁

Lots of space to hang out in the living room and kitchen area, lovely big TV. Nice touch of treats, milk and juice left for us.

The fan in the bathroom stayed on a little too long in the middle of the night when we popped to the loo, as it is right next to the bed, this disturbed a little.

floors needing hoovering/sweeping, mirror was dirty and the bedding hadn’t been changed as there were bits in it (I didn’t go to bed until late so I couldn’t ask for fresh bedding)
