Covers dumping and sanitation of holding tanks, propane, and sanitation per covid-19 guidelines following each rental. *You are not charged a Cleaning Fee upfront. If trailer is returned in the same condition it was received, you are not charged for cleaning. A $250 professional Cleaning Fee will be charged for trailers returned excessively dirty and not following the cleaning guidelines in SRA (supplemental rental agreement).
