We enjoyed all the King beds and loft/play area the most. Location was convenient to walk to the Bay and a quick drive to public access to the beach.

First time to not stay on the beach side and it did not disappoint! Sarah has an awesome place in an awesome location! The private beach area on the bay is top notch. Loaded up the cars and found a super beach location at Johnson National Park. Everything Sarah said and did was and is very accurate. We will definitely look to stay again next time.

We had a great stay with 3 adults and 7 children! The house is so big on the inside! I think it is awesome that the owner has things for babies should it be needed like a pack in play and high chair. We didn’t need those things but as a mom I thought I found it so thoughtful! The walk to the beach was like 2 minutes and the small Bay Area was great for kids, all of ours were under 10 years old.

We spent Mothers' Day weekend at this fully stocked townhouse in a private community with pool and beach! My family lives in Mobile and had an easy drive over to enjoy hugs, laughs and brunch on Mothers' Day. Modern, fully equipped home with something for everyone. Game room, nice pool, gorgeous small beach. Neighbors were friendly and the community was postcard picture perfect. Just beautiful. Owner was in contact but was so prepared there were no questions. We live in Chicago and flew in with an easy commute from Pensacola aiport.

We had a great week in Perdido Key. 6 adults plus 2 kids were very comfortable at Sarah’s place. The house is spacious and very well stocked. Very comfy beds and we loved the back patio! The community is friendly and the neighborhood pretty and safe.

I rented this place last week for a family vacation. Last week was very nice, it was clean, the pool was great and the only issue is we had some door code problems but they were easily fixed. I would recommend this place.

Our stay w Sarah was absolutely amazing!! She went above and beyond to make sure that our stay w her was perfect. Which it was!! We loved everything about her place and the beach was right there within a very short walking distance. We really enjoyed fishing and watching the dolphins while the kids swam. Highly recommend her place!

This property was perfect for our family. The 7 adults and our 5 grandchildren ( 2 being toddlers) had a great time. The king size beds and spacious bedrooms were amazing. This condo comes with a high chair, pack-n- play, and toys! The pool was easily accessible as well as the state park beach or their private beach . It was also super clean . We will be returning.

Beautiful home. We absolutely loved it. Very clean except for a few items left under bathroom sink by prior guests, not caught by housekeeper. Otherwise excellent and will definitely recommend

The description of the property did not match the reality. There is not a gym you can use. The pool was full of insects and the house also had insects hatching while we were there. The house is not on the beach. If you are traveling from another state it might appear that way if you do not know the area.

We enjoyed our time so much. Everything was lovely from the beautiful scenery, to the comfortable beds, to the wonderful accommodations, and so on! We were there for a cheer comp and the girls felt like they were in a real life Barbie dream house!! The location is central to just about anything you may need. We were able to enjoy the private beach in the evening and took the short drive to the gulf during the day. I would definitely highly recommend !!

Sarah was an incredible host! The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable and was able to accommodate our kids and babies! She had a high chair, several beach items for use and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. The pool and private beach are great and the ocean isn’t too far away as well. We loved being close to restaurants such as The Oyster Bar and Sunset Grille. We saw so many dolphins in the bay at te private beach as well. Highly recommend booking with Sarah!

Sarah place is so pretty. 100% clean. So we'll stocked with everything you need. We even threw steaks on the grill one night, perfect. Close to good restaurants and a couple bars.

The hot tub by the pool was really nice, but the pool is not heated.

Fantastic experience and Sarah was very responsive and inviting. Initial thought of the house was amazing. Walked around and it was very well organized, huge rooms and closets, bbq grill, and beach toys and accessories. Overall, fantastic. We may very well stay there again if we have the opportunity!

Had a family of 8 stay at Sarah’s place. It was as advertised, great location and plenty of room to spread out. House was equipped with lots of cookware and dining utensils. The gaming system was a plus for the kids. The only ask would be things like extra toilet paper and tissues.

What a perfect place for our family of eight to stay together when traveling for a family wedding. Four rooms with king sized beds were perfect! Close to the beach and we had the pool to ourselves every time we went. Five plus stars!

This home is perfect for families with adults, teens and small children. The host was amazing and the location is central to many attractions in the area. We drove into Pensacola several days out of our week with no problem. The beds are very comfortable and the layout is great!

A wonderful place to stay! Everything was exactly as described. Everything updated and trendy decor. Very clean, comfy beds! LOVE that there are king beds and big flat screens in every bedroom. Very spacious and perfect for large group/family. Nice large patio out back. We enjoyed several nice nights out back. Sarah the host is AMAZING!! She is very accommodating. She got a couple of items we needed but didn’t have room to bring for my special needs grandchildren. Example a high chair. She communicates very well and promptly responds. Location is close to several stores, seafood restaurants and nice souvenir shops. Highly recommend booking with Sarah!! 😊

Home was beautiful and spacious, everything you need is included, the beds were super comfy and the sheets were so soft, kids had a great time in the game room. The kids loved the pool, the community is very quiet, so make sure you are done with parties or loudness by 10pm, this house had everything we needed, utensils, plates, cups, coffee maker, towels etc. We loved that the host was very attentive and answered all of our questions. Beach is literally 3 minutes away, go to public access #1, Pensacola is 30 minutes away, so is the mall and other attractions. Loved our time there
