O primeiro quarto que fiquei estava tudo ok. No retorno, fiquei em um quarto que a posição do ar condicionado não permitia que ele gelasse bem o ambiente e o caimento da água do box estava errado, ficando cheio de água. O ar condicionado do segundo quarto também estava vazando muita água.

Price was great. Perfectly fine 3 star hotel. Breakfast is excellent. As you ate, more and more things kept coming out. Definitely worth the price.

Rooms were pretty plane. The restaurants listed around it did not exist.

Make sure you don’t get one of the room on the first floor. It’s the reception area so a lot of noise. You get one mini towel for shower. My bed had only the bottom sheet no top. It come only with a blanket half the size of the bed

Breakast was good and staff pleasant. Cable TV worked well.

Construction works going on in the building next door (steps away from my room) BAD for resting Not enough outlets in the room. Some are too high to even be used. Like in the bathroom (it was probably an outlet for shaving machines back in the day). Voltage seemed off: my phone needed 6 to 7 hours to fully get charged! BAD to stay connected Very hard mattress BAD to get decent sleep Upon check out I was asked to pay for the visits of 2 friends who stayed in the room before we went out. This may be a practice in Brasil but not an international standard. I refused to pay and it left a BAD impression on me. If you make up crazy rules at least be clear about it with signs in the room! Would not rexommend this hotel

the room was big and light with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was okay and most of the members of staff were nice. Especially the kitchen and cleaning staff is lovely.

The doors look great and the hotel is not far from the theater

One of the girls responsible for the room management (the one with the morning shift) was very unfriendly and knew absolutely nothing about the city (or simply didn't want to help); she also did not care about the problems with internet and did not move a finger to help. The room was extremely dirty and the the bed lining had strange stains. The shower had mould. Internet does not work. We spent 2 days there and during the second day we had no internet at all. The breakfast was very limited and the juice was practically just water.

The design of the rooms including the doors is beautiful.

No one at the front desks speak English which makes it harder for foreigners, but the people did try to be helpful. It seems the hotel also has formal connection with tour organizers except personal connections. The hotel is in a fairly good location.

The AC worked well. Clean. Good breakfast.

Didn’t supply a top sheet for the bed. Ugly neighborhood.
