The home was located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It was kept very clean! Plenty of towels and linens. The instruction to check in was very clear and we had a very comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this home and would like to stay again when I am in the area!

Really enjoyed our family's stay at this cozy house in a quiet neighborhood. House was clean and well kept. Good size backyard with a great area to hang out outside. I was really impressed with the shower, great water pressure.

I almost don’t want to review this wonderful place and outstanding host because I don’t want the competition! I loved everything about it! The host has thought of everything (even coffee pods for the Keurig) to make one’s stay enjoyable in a quiet neighborhood in a great location! We’ll be back, over & over!

Fam of 4 (kids 2 & 9) taking a last minute trip to Tampa - this was conveniently located to shops, restaurants, etc. Downtown was about 20 min out, which was perfect. House was clean, private backyard with a wonderful sitting area. Check in was a breeze and host was responsive to any questions that came up. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

I was looking for a property where I could stay while my son and I worked on his first house until it was ready for occupancy. This property is in a private residential area and was centrally located with easy access to everything I needed including stores, restaurants, and other amenities and close to Tampa. It was nicely furnished with a very comfortable bed and had a huge shower. It was clean and had everything I needed to ensure a comfortable stay. The unit is smaller, but spacious and well laid out so perfect for one or two people. The property manager was easy to reach and quick to respond to any needs including having to extend my stay. She even went back to the property after another renter had occupied it to successfully retrieve some personal items that I had left behind. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who’s is looking for a really nice, clean, convenient unit.
