Juste incroyable

The hotel was beautiful, comfortable and well appointed. The location was within walking distance of the train station and the historic city center, with several excellent restaurants nearby. Use of the QR entry code worked flawlessly once my phone was recognized.

It was difficult to receive the initial unlock code on our phones (US phones on an international plan) but a text chat with the 24/7 help desk solved that.

J'adore on débarrasse sa table et on met dans le lave vaisselle. Petite terrasse, en hiver pas top mais au printemps / été super. Mais disponible pas téléphone donc tout est parfait Je vous le conseille, à tester. Quand je suis à Limoges pour le travail, je réserve là bas en fermant les yeux.

Un tout tout petit bémol : 3ème étage avec valise pas cool, j'ai fait un peu de sport :-) Et le chauffage, radiateur électrique à brancher nous mêmes, je n'avais pas vu en arrivant. En revenant du restaurant , un peu froid. En plein centre mais super calme, pas de bruits.

Micul dejun, o rusine, o bataie de joc. Trei bachete de paine, 5 cornuri, un pachet de unt, o lamaie, o sticla de lapte…. 4 zile la rand, la un hotel care se presupunea ca avea mai mult decat 2 oaspeti prezenti. O mizerie… Curatenie, deloc. 4 zile nu a trecut nimeni prin camera. Zero curatenie, zero prosoape schimbate. Caldura… Ce e aia caldura???!!!Noroc cu un calorifer electric amarat care a schimbat cat de cat aerul. Afara erau in jur de 7 grade.

Agréable, confortable et personnel à l’écoute et réactif .

Nous avons apprécié la facilité d’accès grâce aux smartphones, la propreté du lieu sans oublier la décoration qui est sublime et de très bon goût. La salle de restauration est très bien pensée, tout comme l’entièreté de la loge Gogaille.

Het ontbijt was lekker maar niet echt uitgebreid. De kamer was schoon en had een goed bed.

Il faudrait peut-être une fiche signalétique pour expliquer ce qui est mis à disposition dans la salle de petit-déjeuner, au lieu d’être amené à ouvrir tous les placards. La plus grande amélioration serait à mon avis de simplifier le système d’ouverture par code. Un seul, envoyé au préalable par mail ou sms pour la durée du séjour, suffirait amplement. Nous avons franchement un peu « galéré «

The rooms were comfortable, clean and well presented. The kitchen facilities were also great.

Our room number wasn’t clear so we found it by trying a couple of doors to see which one would open. Not super difficult but was a little confusing.

Clean and comfortable ..decent location for accessing the city

Found getting into the property a little awkward but once sussed it it was quite simple. The lack of a lift was a pain as we were put on the upper floor.

Turn on the dishwasher in the morning before breakfast. The kitchen and the carpet in the seating area needs to be clean before breakfast too. Be sure the coffee machine is always working. MUCH more communication in the description of how the QR entry hotel needs to be in the confirmation. If you arrive with a phone that has no battery or a strong connection to the internet, you will NOT be able to enter the hotel. Adds way too much stress to your arrival. I booked this on BOOKINGS and it said nothing about the details of the hotel. Once I got inside I was surprised that there was no elevator. That also needs to be communicated in the description of the hotel. Once you settle in, your hotel is delightful. Loved my room and the feel of the hotel. Nice work on the building of your brand. I will be back!!

It was so easy to do everything! Clear communication from them at all times. Room was lovely and the little local breakfast was a treat. The communal kitchen was a nice space too

our room was very small, but sufficient for one night. the single beds were very slim. I kind of missed human interaction

Location was great both for the train station and the city centre. I loved being able to enjoy breakfast or just a cuppa on the sheltered terrace. The breakfast was also nicely arranged. When I needed assistance, my issue was easily solved by a phone call.

The QR code for our room was in such a dark corner that my phone could not read it. Luckily there is a work around for this as I was told when I called the number for assistance so it was all sorted out.

There was some confusion in my booking for an apartment via Booking.com. I received a partial refund which was appreciated, but I got a very average sized double room instead. The breakfast was a basic 'help yourself' arrangement, consisting of fruit juice, tea/coffee, bread, condiments, and croissants. No staff present. There was seating for 8 persons on one table in the dining room, which was not enough for the 20 (approx) guests.

The digital access via QR codes on the doors didn't always work. I needed to make phone calls to get in. I also received several texts and emails a couple of days before my booking asking me to verify my ID by photographing my passport and taking a selfie via their app. It didn't work first time and I had to waste an hour of my holiday time sorting this out.
