Wie goeie reactie plaats is bedrog want ik was niet de enigste die klaagde bij receptie toen ik van mijn vermoeide avondvlucht kwam. Iedereen werd gefrustreerd en niemand kwam aan de lijn.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit tollen Pool und Fitnessbereich. Garage ist kostenlos. Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Wohnung verfügte über zwei Bäder.
Leider waren die Schlafzimmer und Bäder nicht sauber und die Betten waren sehr unbequem.

Precioso departamento. muy cómodo en general, camas maravillosas, habitaciones amplias, buenos closets y baños.
Bien equipado: Lavadora (y secadora) además de lavavajilla y todos los detergentes necesarios para la utilización de ellos. 10/10 (había salero, lo cual yo nunca recuerdo comprar y siempre es necesaria, amé ese detalle).
Linda luz, buena ubicación, bonito condo.
A muy poca distancia hay un pequeño mall con un excelente food court.
A pocos minutos de supermercados.
El colchón del sofá cama podría ser de mejor calidad (se sentían los resortes y era "picoso"; además faltó ropa de cama para este (solo contamos con un plumón extra, no había sábanas disponibles)
La puerta principal tiene un detalle que no cierra completamente con el brazo y tuvimos un inconveniente con ello.
El punto más bajo es el acceso inicial, al tener check in on line, no queda clara toda la información, no se entiende bien cual es la puerta que te corresponde, dónde debes dejar el auto, si debes pasar o no por conserjería, etc. Perdimos varios minutos en ese proceso.

The location was perfect. My daughter graduated from law school at University of Miami. She lives in the other tower of the complex.
The door handle fell off the first time we went to leave. The safety latch was broken and stopped us from getting back in. The only reason it was fixed the same day was that my daughter talked to the concierge and insisted they fix the door immediately. Other concerns were that there was no shower curtain on the 2nd bathroom tub/shower which was not but on until the second day. The coffee pot did not work, water went everywhere but in the cup. The remote control for the TV in living area did not work. The dining table top had a huge water stain on it. There were fruit flies in the kitchen.

The floors were very dirty. Would of been great if we could have a mop in the unit as it was very dirty.
Upon arrival, was given a room without a balcony which I had to spend 2 hours dealing with to get us upgraded.

The Apartment was excellent and the spot for exploring Miami as well. The check in sounded complicated, but everything went well. The pool is gorgeous, and the fitness room as well.
The cleaning of the apartment was not good and definitely needs to be improved - under the bed was trash from people before.

The apartment is beautiful, kitchen is well equipped- had salt and pepper, dishwasher and laundry soap, coffee, tea, sugar and milk.
The toilet is huge! (Room 309), having double sinks was awesome. All amenities provided (make up remover, soap, shampoo, conditioner).
A big walk in closet. Lots of towels!
Big TVs in the room and living room.
A balcony with 2 chairs and a table, view was nice too.
Laundry and dryer machine.
The pool is amazing! Big, enough space to sit. However due to its position the time I was there only had direct sun from 10am to 4pm.
There’s two areas to sit and chill on the 40 something floor is amazing views, lots of different couches.
The gym is massive, very well equipped.
There parking indoor parking spot.
I ended up extending my stay for 2 more nights however in another apartment as the one we had was sold out.
The beds are uncomfortable. Not only very noisy, but when your partner moves around you will feel it (in my case since I am a light sleeper it woke me up several times)
If you get a room facing the main street it will be very noisy. We were on the 3rd floor and we could hear everything from the street very clear (so the windows are not sound proof).
Also a lot of light in the room in the morning as the blinds dont cover completely.

El Paratamento es muy bonito ( lindo-nice) acogedor, y tiene todo lo que te puedes imaginar, cocina grande , refrigerador que tiene entrega agua helada y si quieres te arroja hielo, tiene secadora, lavadora, 2 baños muy grandes las piezas exiqusitas, la piscina en la azotea espectacular, tiene camas con sobra para descanso cuando hablo de camas créanme son camas como la de la habitación....una sala de estar o estudios con mesa de villar, gimnasio, que. Mas podría decir, a cuadras de un mall y centros comerciales, volveré de seguro a ese departamento...

The condo set up was nice and had plenty of room.
Lights didn't work, my husband had to go to the circuit breaker. There were fruit flies or gnats, the front office only had 1 key fob for my party of 4 and it's in a "not so fun" part of Miami. Nice part but no fun...everything is closed by 9p.

El personal de KASA (quienes administran los deptos) un desastre!
Pimero, nunca enviaron la info para hacer pre-check in. Luego me cobraron 2 veces el valor del arriendo.
Te ofrecen late check-out (sin costo) cuando la unidad esta disponible. Y luego cuando pides el late check out te lo niegan con excusas pobres.
El manejo no lo hace booking.com sino la empresa KASA. Ojo cuando reserven.

Tive problema com a descarga do vaso sanitário. Ela quebrou, era algo simples de resolver, pedi muitas vezes para consertarem mas não fui atendida. Desisti de pedir, e passei a usar de maneira manual, puxando a corda por meio da caixa de água. A máquina de lavar roupas também teve um problema, tive que insistir muito até ser atendida, mas esse problema foi resolvido.

One thing good was the location closeness to our project site.
I had 2 apartments rented 320 and 202
202 Had no dresser on any king of drawers to place our clothes, no hangers, coffee pot didn't work, Kitchen cabinets and glassware were filthy, soda was dirty and stained, we had to wash the sheets. Complained and I was told they could not provide helf. After 3 days we found a new coffee pat hanging on the door, we asked for an late check out and not only was it denied, cleaning crew showed up and 9:00AM 2hours before checkout time.
320 Same scenario, dirty , poor draining on tub, sofa was dirty, dishes were dirty, no hangers and food left over on refrigerator from previous occupant.
What a disappointment.

hi - property is beautiful and very comfortable - amenities and all the facilities were great. we will mention only a couple of things :please take care of ants - they are everywhere in the kitchen and living area. it needs a good “spring cleaning”- found lots of dirty areas ( under rugs) and floor was not clean.

It was affordable
The customer service was horrible, maintenance didn’t want to fix my lock and left me stranded. Person at the front desk was no help at all and just gave me a phone number to call. I had to wait the next day to talk to manager to get an arrangement sorted we’re I can get an upgrade don’t come to this place ever.

The location was excellent, the concierge staff was excellent, the amenities at the property were above and beyond! We also felt very safe and secure on the property and in the unit.
The place was not very clean. The bathtub had clearly not been scrubbed thoroughly before our arrival. Glasses in the cabinet were very cloudy and smudgy, there was visible dust under the beds, and there was a sticky film on the floors.

The apartment is adequately equipped and spacious. The kitchen offers all the appliances needed to prepare meals.
The cleanliness of the apartment could be better. Cleaners and a vacuum cleaner are missing. Some of the pillows were dirty (under the cover). The bedding (in general) was not the cleanest. Floors need vigorous scrubbing.
