Stayed here with my partner for a few days and we were both hugely impressed with our stay. The property is bright, spacious, clean and modern. It’s beautifully furnished with lots of things to entertain you like the piano, games, TV, radio.. It is cosy and comfortable and was perfect for what we needed. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need including coffee machine for coffee lovers! ☺️ The bed was super comfy, felt like memory foam. The bathroom didn’t fail to impress either with deep bath to relax in, even tele to watch a movie on while there. Only thing that could be improved there is to have a shower curtain or pane across the shower as can get quite wet on the floor without it. It is only a very short distance , couple of minutes walk to Lidl and less than10 minutes into the centre of Teignmouth. It is also ideal for anyone unable to drive as Teignmouth train station is within walking distance…a couple of minutes walk from the property We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return again Recommend to anyone looking for modern, comfortable and spacious accommodation so close to the sea and shopping areas. Great base to access the town and beaches.

Great location. Quiet area. Property very well equipped. Top marks for that. Issue with a bed made up as a twin but quickly resolved

Stayed for a long weekend, 4adults a toddler and baby. Overall a good stay and great location. Description of property needs to be clearer. There is only one bathroom, with an additional WC downstairs, which is not in a good location. Few stains on furniture. BBQ was not usable.

We all enjoyed our stay, only downside really was the parking situation. It states on the listing that you can have a parking permit but yet you’re now unable to have one due to previous guests so it does make the parking difficult. Bathroom gets soaking wet after a shower due to being a wet room but no mop available to be able to rectify this.

The house is beautifully appointed but unfortunately only has one bathroom for 7 people!!! despite being advertised as having 2 - would have been a deal breaker if we’d known

Good stay, enjoyed it

We absolutely loved our stay in Teignmouth. The accommodation was perfect for us in so many ways. There were 7 of us in total, along with our pet dog and this house had plenty of space for us all, it was safe for our three children and close by to all the amenities and activities. We will definitely return!
