This property was centrally located between areas we needed to travel to. We could get up in the morning, walk to breakfast, then get in the car, parked in the garage and be on our way to Escondido, Fallbrook, Carlsbad and other local cities.

The unit was clean, modern, and well-furnished. Very relaxing and spacious. Communication with the property manager was excellent! I would stay there again!

Our party was three adults and two small children in Vista to see other family. We paid an additional fee for the extra person. I would have liked to spend more time in the apartment as it was so clean, comfortable, and had air conditioning and fans. There were some nice details for little ones, like a pack n play and hoodie bath towels. We appreciated and made use of the beach towels as well. The parking spots are small and challenging- compact vehicles would work best.

It was a good location within walking distance of a few good restaurants. Great amenities.

I was here for two weeks and it was perfect! The location was great, a short drive to the beach and surrounding cities of Carlsbad and Oceanside. Loved that it was within walking distance to a few restaurants. The condo was spotless and had everything I needed for a two week stay. Would love to come back to Vista and rent here again.

We were two couples in Vista to visit friends and family. The property was perfect and the location worked well for us. We will likely be back!

The pictures and description online are totally accurate! Such a beautiful condo, with so much space! The beds were fantastic and everything was so clean! We loved being able to walk to the tram as well as all of the restaurants in the vicinity - some great breweries!!! Highly recommend this property!!!

The property was fabulous ! New loft, very modern and was close to lots of shops ! Enjoyed the stay !

This condo is like new, being in a new building, and in an excellent location within easy walking distance to a myriad of shops and restaurants. The main street and neighborhood has been renovated and improvements will no doubt continue. The facility has easy access and is very safe/secure. There is a cozy balcony overlooking the main street off the living room and additional access to a roof top area with a grill, bar top and lounge-style seating from which to watch the beautiful sunsets. The kitchen, living room and bedrooms are incredibly clean, well-appointed and layout is open and comfortable. The owners were very accessible and provided timely communication for any questions. It was an easy drive to/from San Diego, Oceanside and San Marcos. If we ever return to the SCA area again this will be our #1 choice for available lodging.

This sweet home was perfect for our family (4 adults)! My husband & I met my parents in Vista for a my brother's anniversary party. The location was prime! The units amenities met all of our needs and the cleanliness was superb! Loved the pour-over coffee maker; made wonderful coffee. And the access to local flare was everything and more! The beach isn't too far, either! (we recommend Carlsbad or Tamarack) We highly recommend Best Pizza & Brew Vista and Handel's ice cream, just around the corner. All within short walking distance. Downtown Vista is clean & we ran into several of my brothers friends while we were out. Loved the family-friendly community and we can hardly wait to go back! THANK YOU!!

We were visiting for soccer games at SoCal fields and thus was a rental very close to the fields. Exactly and better than described. Luxury furnishing and nice linens make this a great stay. Easy access to local bars, restaurants and ice cream shops. Very clean and safe neighborhood even at night. I wouldn't hesitate staying here again and am already considering booking again for next trip.
