Very helpful and attentive staff. Good location in quiet but central location near restaurants and shops. Good breakfast. Nice room with balcony and sea view.

If you use Google maps, be warned that if you miss your turning (as we did), the information about Santa Cruz de la Palma’s one way system is totally inaccurate. We ended up going round and round in circles, until we realised Google maps was incorrect.

La obligación de pagar 50 € como depósito por el posible uso del minibar. Cargan este importe al cliente de antemano vaya o no a consumir. Y vez aceptado esta especie de atraco subrepticio, son reticentes a admitir en todo caso un billete como pago en metálico. Porfían y exigen cobrar de inmediato de tu tarjeta de crédito. Es el Hotel quien debe vigilar antes de la salida del cliente, si se ha consumido o no, y entonces cargar el importe que corresponda. Va contra el principio de confianza y buena fe, recogido en el Código de comercio, hacer de antemano responsable al cliente, por si acaso y hacerle pagar un importe que, si todo va bien, será reintegrado por el banco al cabo de una semana.

Schwer zu finden mit Auto und kein Parkplatz beim Hotel.

Die Unterkunft hat mir gut gefallen, Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick. Dank Aufzug kam man auch aus den oberen Etagen nicht Atemlos zum reichhaltigen Frühstück. Auch die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist zu erwähnen.

Nos encantó la localización del hotel, a 2 minutos andando a la playa y en pleno centro de ocio. Las vistas espectaculares.

Todo perfecto

Wunderbare Aussicht vom Zimmer und der Dachterrasse. Perfekte Organisation, Frühstück mit Bedienung, daher keine Verpackungen nötig. Sehr freundliche Atmosphäre. Aufgrund der Beschaffenheit des Hauses sind die Zimmer klein, das ist nun einmal so. Der Platz wird durch gute Einrichtung aber optimal genutzt.

Unangenehmer Geruch im Bad.

Central location, just a corner away from the main pedestrian street. Really nice view over the ocean from the roof terace and top floors to see the sunrise.

TV screen was small and far from the bed, could not use it really.

Es war sehr schön eigerichtet, geräumig, sauber und mit seitlichem Blick auf das Meer, sehr freundlichem Personal und es gab sogar Cappuccino mit Hafermilch und das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker

Very central, room equipped almost like an apartment but with hotel services, very spacious also! Staff friendlyness and cleaning was great! Lovely terrasse upstairs. Small breakfast buffet but with good quality food. recommended!

Tolle Lage in der Fußgängerzone von Santa Cruz: Bushaltestelle zum Flughafen, der Stadtstrand und zahlreiche Restaurants waren in unmittelbarer Nähe! Die Aussicht vom Studio als auch von der Dachterrasse waren das eigentliche Highlight. Und das Personal: entspannt, professionell und sehr zuvorkommend! Vom Empfang bis zum Roomservice! Das Frühstück: ausgesprochen gut und abwechslungsreich von sehr guter Qualität mit kanarischem Käse und hervorragendem Kaffee. Die Einteilung nach Uhrzeiten hat und gut gefallen: so konnten wir auf eine ruhige Zeit ausweichen.

Hier würde ich mir noch eine intelligente Lösung für Hitzeperioden wünschen: das Hôtel hat keine Klimaanlage- von der Ausrichtung als ökologisches Hôtel verständlich, aber durch die breite Fensterfront konnte sich das Zimmer über den Tag so aufheizen, dass nachts an Schlaf nicht zu denken war (vielleicht dunklere Vorhänge?) Auf Nachfrage haben wir einen Ventilator bekommen, dessen Wirksamkeit allerdings beschränkt blieb. Zum Glück sind diese Hitzewellen für La Palma untypisch.

Very cute lobby where you also have breakfast and can have a drink. The roof terrace is also very nice. Clean rooms and tasty breakfast. Very friendly staff who gave us great tips. It's on a quiet road which is also nice. Pretty beach view from our room too.

No air conditioning, other than that it was perfect for us.

We had a studio room- definitely worth the extra euros. It was light, airy and spacious, with a kitchenette. The hotel was modern, clean and charming. The cafe downstairs is cute and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location.

Location was perfect, the hotel is cozy and the staff is eager to help and just lovely. The room was very nicely decorated with smart use of space and it was a delight to stay in it. And delicious breakfast!

We were so happy to find this fantastic little hotel. It is conveniently located in the center of town - but very quiet and peaceful. We were able to leave our balcony windows open at night to enjoy the fresh ocean air - wonderful nights sleep! The room was extremely clean, well appointed and comfortable - perfect! We had a view of the ocean from our balcony. The rooftop was a great place to relax, with comfortable seating and beautiful views. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The staff were all so very helpful and friendly. It really showed that they cared about providing guests with a quality stay. I Would highly recommend and wouldn't even think of staying anywhere else!

excellent boutique hotel, well located. very attentive staff and owner Fabian. really couldn’t fault it, and we were very disappointed when we couldn’t book a further night on our last day, they were full!we were there early March ’23.

Nothing was wrong.

Loved hearing the sea from the bed. Enjoyed a drink on the top terrace before going out for dinner. We had to leave very early in the morning to catch a boat however as we were missing breakfast we got given a delicious picnic to take with us. All the little touches made it a very special stay for my partners birthday.

The hotel is definitely very comfortable and clean.

I've booked the room in this hotel as Booking.com showed very good discount. When I booked I realized I was charged with the full amount which was way more I wanted to pay for a night. Booking.com said I should prove such discount existed (I wonder how?) and hotel did not want to cancel my reservation. They had right to do that (as it was non-refundable) but I think that would be a decent thing to do - especially I reported it right after the booking. The stay was OK but I will not go there again. That's not what I consider client-friendly approach.
