Nice location right off the golf course. The house is tired and in need of some maintenance. Neither dishwasher worked, called for service and they couldn’t repair either. All showers were hard to control water temp. A couple were too hot to shower and others were too cold. We got rained on and wanted to dry some clothes, drier did not work well at all. The house is for sale and can tell they are not sticking any money into general maintenance. The setting is really nice and the views are amazing. I would not stay at this property again though.

We stayed here for a work retreat and it was nice because we all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. There was plenty of space, it had plenty of kitchen supplies and it overall was a fine time. It gets very hot in the main room in the afternoon and upstairs, so be prepared to use the floor fans.

When my grandson open the sliding glass door on the lower level, it fell off the tracks and almost hit him. This was just one of several items on the property that was in disrepair.

We stayed for 2nights 3days and everything was just perfect! From the host answering my every questions to our perfect stay . Beds are all very comfortable. Kitchen is very well stocked, the view was amazing! Kids from all ages were entertained and the house was so big never felt crowded. WE WERE A LARGE GROUP! Definitely will be coming back!!!

We stayed in late March with four families for a ski trip and had a great time! The only bummer was that the kitchen dishwashers (2 dishwashers in the main kitchen!) both didn’t work well. After a couple times of needing to rewash dishes by hand, we threw in the towel and just washed everything by hand. That was a bummer for such a large group who ate every breakfast and dinner at the house, not a deal breaker though. (And the dishwasher in the basement worked well.) The bedrooms were plentiful and spacious. The living room and game room were great spaces for everyone to spend quality time together. The views were breathtaking. Several people in our group ended up feeling effects of the altitude, which didn’t have anything to do with the house, but something to keep in mind if you’re coming from somewhere outside the mountains. The house is at about 9,000ft. The guidelines to only have 3 cars in the driveway and 1 in the garage were tricky because the garage was a tight squeeze for a Toyota Sienna with a rooftop box. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed (and the basement kitchen was a nice bonus). The bathrooms were plentiful and great for our large group. A couple of the bathroom sinks were slow to drain but communication with the host was prompt and frequent - they checked in often by text. We skied at Keystone, Breckenridge, Beaver Creek & Vail during our stay and this house was the perfect central location for our large group. The house was about 15 minutes off the main road and I can see that it could be tricky to drive in fresh snow. It’s a paved, hilly, windy road. The views of the mountains make it worth it though!

The house was in a beautiful location. We loved the layout. It was great for everyone being in 1 area. The kitchen was big and well stocked and it over looked the living area. Our only negative was we couldn't go out onto the deck. There was a pile of snow 4 feet tall that looked like it had been there for a long time.
We will definitely stay here again.

The house is spacious and includes a fully equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable! The house was clean upon arrival. Make sure you rent a AWD if you're coming in the winter. I would recommend booking this place!

The house was great. We went for a family ski trip. Loved that all the adults had en-suites with king beds. Beds were very comfortable and towels were much better than most VRBOs. Great kitchen except how do you have a house that size and not have a working garbage disposal in the main kitchen. That makes it very difficult to wash dishes. We ended up taking all of the dirty dishes downstairs so we could rinse where the dishwasher worked much better than the ones upstairs and we could rinse dishes in to a garbage disposal. This was a huge inconvenience when you are cooking two meals a day for 18 people. I would prefer the location in the summer. If you don’t have four wheel drive very difficult to get to the ski resort. Other than the kitchen issue the house was great. I just think you could spend a couple thousand dollars to replace the too dishwashers upstairs and put in a garbage disposal.

This home is quite spacious with beautiful views from almost every room. It’s only 15 minutes from skiing, shopping, and restaurants, and was very clean upon arrival. Absolutely recommend.

Property Management never got me dimensions on the living room although requested multiple times and some outlets did not work...also fussy about no more than three cars in driveway and meaningless things. House was exactly as advertised and located in a beautiful part of Keystone right on the golf course. We used the house for a corporate strategic planning retreat and it worked wonderfully. We also took advantage of the golf course which was both fun and truly amazing scenery. We would definitely come back to this house in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - it is on a golf course (12th green view), majestic views, quiet and large house for a large group of friends or family.
We rented it for a weekend for 9 friends - were able to go for practice hikes and then did the 14ner hikes.
Location was great and within 30-40 mins of the trailheads.
The house is every bit as advertised.

We enjoyed our family reunion in the mountains. The home met our needs, however, it was not the 5 Star home we were expecting. There were some maintenance issues that needed attention when we arrived (Management company was responsive), but there are obviously a number of issues still pending. All the closets are full of "stuff" including glass panels, lots of baby gates, mirrors, old appliances, various cleaning supplies, etc. Kitchen has lots of "stuff," but it is hard to find what you want and there is no room to put food in a cupboard. Appliances (dishwashers, washer, dryer, and vacuum) need attention. There is no place for soap in the showers. Conflicting parking directions were an issue for us with 17 people. Only one side of the garage is available, so with only 3 allowed in the driveway (per homeowner association rules), you are only able to park 4 cars, not the 5 noted in the original information and on a sign in the home. Not good if you have 18-19 guests staying as advertised.

While the house fit our needs space wise it did not meet expectations quality wise for the price we paid. There were issues with the electrical outlet through out the house. There were additional issues with operating the TVs in the bedrooms, temperature and pressure in some of the showers. There were missing mirrors, stoppers in the bathtubs and shades. The vacuum and the dryer did not work effectively. There was confusion about parking spaces. While maintenance did come out and resolved some of the electrical issues, we didn’t feel like we needed to spend our vacation troubleshooting maintenance of the house.

We had a family reunion with 13 people staying at the house, ranging in age from 2 to 71. Very good setup for all age ranges, plenty of space and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The house is in a quiet, secluded neighborhood with great views of the surrounding mountains. Would definitely stay there again.

We had the whole family stay to attend daughter's wedding. The guys enjoyed the golfing. The grandparent's enjoyed the breathtaking views. The property was as advertised! The hot water was iffy and one bathroom in the basement didn't drain. We could have used items such as aluminum foil and baggies in the kitchen. Other than that, it was amazing!

We had an amazing weekend here!!! The game room kept us entertained and brought out our competitive side. Both kitchens were stocked with everything needed to cook homemade buffets for the family, including seasonings.

This property was exactly what we needed. Private bedrooms and baths for all. Separate living spaces as needed and could accommodate our family of 17 all together as well. Management was quick to respond to minor requests and immediately handled maintenance issue that came up, but had no bearing on our stay. Lovely neighborhood, accessible to all activities in the area.

Fantastic house for a large number of guests. Tons of room to spread out, well stocked kitchens, clean and a moose visited a couple of times a day! There were a couple of minor maintenance issues, which were resolved very quickly. One important note- make sure you have an AWD/4WD vehicle during winter, or you're most likely going to get stuck.

House has tons of room, loved the game room! Heat not good, didn't use wood burning fireplace so had to run several space heaters in main room. The big windows are uncovered which made it cold, and the sun coming in made TV watching impossible, and had to constantly move around to get out of sun glare. Lots of lightbulbs out, breaker blew using a blow dryer and had to call maintenance, just little things that could be improved.

The house is amazing! Plenty of bedrooms and beds but the common spaces are great for hanging out. The game room in the basement was a huge hit and we played several games of pool and air hockey. The views are also incredible and the property is tucked away back in the mountain so you have plenty of privacy. I highly recommend this property for you next mountain vacation!
