No pans in caravan for cooking

The caravan was clean and spacious. We went out of term and midweek so it was quiet . There was a nice bar area but we didn't use the other facilities. It was good value for money to use as a base in north Wales .

I know we booked budget but there wasn't even a dishcloth on arrival or a sachet of washing up liquid for a first night late arrival. A frying pan would have been good as well.

The Entrance to the site, Non Heated Pool and far too many slot machines.

Little entertainment for the week on site

Quite place to stay, accommodations was average and well used, facilities okay but expected a bit more variety to serve all ages. Good vacation to travel to other areas of north Wales. Wouldn't go back.

Good location for things to do. Kids loved the mini disco and evening entertainment. Static home and holiday park facilities were kept relatively clean.

Very limited utensils to use. Toilet was leaking out the bottom and batteries weren't working I'm tv and clock. Gas in lighter was very low, took a while to get oven and stove om and the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable.

I liked the caravan we stayed in it was really nice and not too far walking to the beach

The amusement part of the facilitates was quite small for the amount of guests at the park. The pricing of the food in the restaurant was quite high also considering the standards of the food.

Wonderful staff, Charlie in the bar was a hero, promote him!! Lovely location.

Dog poo! WHY oh why dont people pick up after their dogs, every single day there was unclamied dog poo everywhere just outside the beach gate and around the inside of the beach gate. Maybe a dummy camera with a sign saying 'this is a dog poo cam PICK IT UP you dirty sod', might help remind people to collect it. OR insist people either show you their poo bags or buy some when they arrive. Actually thats a good idea, add £5 on to the dog booking fee and hand them a pack of poo bags! Im a genius!

Comfy caravan. I liked the remote control fire and central heating. Maybe needed a baking tray, pizza tray and a small frying pan.

As above. More kitchen utensils. Toaster too small. Maybe needs a clock on the wall. No dvd player or scart lead connection.

The park was nice, quiet for the most part. Staff were exceptional. 10 minutes away from Rhyl centre. Great access to beach front walks. Entertainment facilities were good and kept us entertained, and the restaurant and chippy on site offered good food, albeit a little pricy.

Upon arrival at 1pm as stated on booking.com, we were informed that check-in is always at 4pm. We waited around until 4pm but even then the caravan was not ready and we had to wait another 80mins. The staff gave us complimentary drinks as an apology though. In the caravan, the kids beds had quilts, but our double bed did not. The locks on the bathroom doors weren't working and one of the windows opening mechanism was broken.

The facilities at the club house were worth the entertainment passes. The staff at the bars were very helpful. The caravan was exceptionally clean.

The heating, it switched itself off every 20 minutes, I was cold and woke up every morning freezing. The fan heater in front room did not blow out any air was was for decoration only. There were no lamps and the lights were overly bright. The hob wasn't powerful enough to cook steak.

Site scruffy looks in need of updating. Caravans cramed together. Caravan grubby, un welcoming and old. Came home a night early.

Brilliant lodge. Very clean. Very modern. Eell equipped. It was very warm. Bit too warm. We could find how to turn heating down. Hot tub was fab. Loads to do on site for kids. Loads of space to run around. Great entertainment. Couldnt fault it.

No equipment instructions in lodge for heating. We could work out WiFi or TV initially.

Loved the warm welcome, spotless caravan, family friendly site which welcomes pets with open arms Staff all really helpful and down to earth, just like friends the way they get on with everyone Arcades, entertainment, swimming pool and all facilities clean and easy to use Simple check in and out, even let us in 2 hours early Beach was less than 20 second walk to us from caravan door step to the waves of the sea

Bingo could be more family orientated Rather than cash prizes I think people would enjoy it more if it was for family prizes Drinks and food on site is way over priced, seriously guys you can do better than this….

Ther was no shop on site chip shop only opened one night during are stay the seating in caravan was badly stained we ad to sit on pillows we came to ava relaxin time but for 2 days yhey was using Strimmer which was very noisy they could av used a quiet mower.
