Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und dennoch ruhig. Die Altstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Stadttheater, in dem wir einen Event gebucht hatten, liegt direkt gegenüber. Die Wohnung ist hell, geräumig und sehr geschmackvoll und wertig im skandinavischen Stil eingerichtet. Das Bett ist außergewöhnlich bequem, so dass wir erholsam geschlafen haben. Für zusätzliche Luftzirkulation bei Hitze stand ein Ventilator zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Gastgeber hat immer sehr schnell und freundlich geantwortet.

Große Wohnung in ruhiger und perfekter Lage fußläufig von der Stadtmitte. Sehr gut ausgestattet, perfekte Küche. Öl, Essig, Salz, Pfeffer, Kaffee….alles vorhanden. Privatparkplatz am Haus gegen geringen Aufpreis. Direkt gegenüber Theater, Kino, Café. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

We just needed a place to stay for a few hours of sleep and an opportunity to check out the town while we were at it. This place was spacious, convenient, near the centre of town, quiet. We made very little use of the facilities and can imagine that someone wishing to spend a few days could function well enough in terms of cooking, relaxing, etc.

I like to know where I am going and have all information in advance. The owner refused to provide key access information until the afternoon of the day of arrival. It turned out to be not much of a problem, but if I've already paid for a stay, I want all information. Good faith commitments deserve reciprocation.

Host, facilities, cleanliness, comfort, value for money, location all these get ten points from me. The location is superb. It is very easy to find and since this is at the Theaterstrasse, you can expect that you got the best address. Usman, the host is very helpful and always available to answer our questions. The property is really true to its name. It is newly renovated. The entrance doesn´t match the inside of the flat. Everything is very clean and the place is very quiet. The beds and the shower are really superb. There is a non-stop supply of hot water. Towels are absorbent and good, too. The first property with FRESH FLOWERS! They really made me smile. The WIFI is also very strong.
