Awesome place to stay. Very clean close to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely stay there again.

A very nice property but the bugs were pesky and a scrèened porch would enhance the experience.

Great house for scalloping/fishing. Was able to launch and retrieve 25ft deep v center console. Dock at low tide is 2 ft of water. Bridge clearance is not an issues easily 13-15ft. House was clean and great only issue is house has almost no exterior lighting and is very dark at night.

Beautiful home and location. The on-site boat ramp was great for our boats and very convenient. It was an easy boat ride out to the river and off shore. We would love to stay here again next season.

Second time staying at this awesome property and we will come back. Phil has decorated this place and stocked it just right. The boat ramp and dock and easy access to the Gulf is perfect!!!!

Our family of seven had an amazing time here. The home is centrally located and there was room for all of us. Phil was very attentive as we had a few hiccups during our stay but his fast open communication made the trip perfect.

We enjoyed our stay. Dock is deep enough for an offshore boat. Everything is clean and nice in the house. Plenty of parking for trailer and vehicles. Easy to get in and out of the property. Nice place. Boat ramp on site for smaller boats.

Perfect spot for adults and kids- loved having space to spread out and relax.

Everything you need is at this river get away. Quiet yet close to good seafood restaurants, but the kitchen is stocked with all you need for dinning at home. Easy access for paddling right off the boat ramp, with undeveloped areas not far up the river. We spotted King Fisher & a yellow crown night herring. House was perfect! Thank you Phil, for all the kayaking tips! We’ll be back!

Nice location and the property was good for the price.

House was very clean and adequately stocked. Location was in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to the places we wanted to visit. Water access was nice. We did have to make sure we launched and trailered the boat at high tide, but having our own launch was worth it. Plenty of parking onsite and the kayaks at the property were better than expected. Bring bug spray if you plan to go out around dusk, but other times of the day they weren’t bothering us. Thanks for hosting, we would stay here again.

We went to swim with manatees for a few days. We didn’t know how much we’d enjoy this home, the canal, and kayaks! Much needed fun and rest!

Great clean place with easy water access.

The home was perfectly located (super quiet neighborhood) within a short drive to all the different activities to do within Crystal River. It was super clean and well organized and had everything we needed. Phil was awesome with his communication. It was only a short drive to Fun2Dive (Swim with the Manatees which was one of our adventures with the girls). We all had a blast. My husband also took them right out the back door down to the river with the kayaks the are at this home. They had a great time. I highly recommend this location for a quick easy get away. House for perfectly located to do all things in Crystal River. Having the canal in the back yard was nice for fishing and getting on the kayaks.

Nice house. Looks new. Well kept. Tucked away on a quiet Dead end Street in a nice neighborhood. We loved the access to the water by way of the boat ramp. Great communication with host when we had questions. Will stay again.

We have stayed here a few times during scalloping season, and this year did not disappoint! Location of the property is great-minutes from downtown, dock and ramp on property, extremely quiet neighborhood. House is clean and has all amenities we needed. We stayed here with another family that has 2 kids and we all agreed there was plenty of space for us! Owner was easy to work with and communication was great! Can’t wait to stay here again!

The house is in a great location. Easy access to the gulf and to the springs. The house was very functional and clean with lots of room. The boat ramp was a game changer with the ease of putting in my 24ft bay boat. We’ll definitely be back!

First off, Phil was outstanding and was very responsive from the time of booking to the very end. Couldn't ask for a better Host, very Hospitable. The property was better than expected. House was plenty big enough, very clean, and stocked with plenty of needed items and then some. washer and dryer for use with detergent which came in handy after being on the water all day. Boaters, Not a single issue using the on-site ramp or dock. water is about 3.5-4' deep at low tide. the ramp is a bit steep but no issue with my 4x4 truck and 23' tritoon. there are some limbs from the tree over the ramp that might hit if you have a tall Center console. The Stay and accommodations were top-notch and one of the best vacation rental experiences I've had. we will be back next year.

Home was simple, well appointed, modern and clean. There is plenty of parking and a boat ramp and dock, if you bring your own boat. Kitchen had everything needed to cook and "eat in". The location was good, not too central to all of the vacation rentals, but not too far from all of the action...it was literally a less than 5 min drive to the springs where the manatees are located. There are two kayaks and one paddle board for use, however, please note that one of the kayaks has a pretty serious split in the bottom on the back "tail" and water comes into the kayak quickly. The other kayak and the paddle board worked very well. Internet and smart TV worked well. Host responded quickly to request for check in information. We had no issues while we stayed there. We really enjoyed the quiet canal and the home itself! We would highly recommend this home to others for their vacation rental needs in the area.

Extremely clean! House had everything we needed for the weekend. Perfect spot if you’re bringing your boat

First off, check in is at 4 and out at 11 am and he made a big deal about not checking in early because of the cleaners. We got there right at four and found all towels, bedding etc dirty and piled into the laundry room. The floors, kitchen and bathrooms were dirty and the bath mats on bathroom floor had clearly not been washed for several days. There was a box of tissues on the couch and used tissues next to it left by the previous guests Since we had small children and one crawling infant we contacted the owner and left to go eat. The owner said he would "try to contact his cleaner". Offered nothing else, I had to ask that he refund the fee. I threw a load of sheets in the washer before we left so we had one bed done. We wound up doing laundry (5 loads) until 9 pm that night. We found a local cleaner who could come immediately and cleaned while we were at the restaurant.. about an hour after our "check in" the owner said that the cleaner was trying to "contact us".. Why I needed to deal with it is a mystery. In any case, I never answered an unknown number while dining out with family in a noisy restaurant. The Cleaning fee for this house is expensive. We had to hire another cleaner just to get the floors, kitchen and bathrooms clean and to make the beds with the sheets that were dry (ONLY ONE SET OF SHEETS IN THE HOUSE PER BED) The owner never reimbursed us for this expense and ignored my message to him that we had been washing the laundry well into the evening. The next day we were scalloping and launched our boat the the ramp. He not only started calling for us to be out at 11 am because he had a "photo shoot" there and wanted our cars out of the side yard, but said we had to be out by 1 o clock at the latest. We left the house with all towels washed and dried and were gone by 11 am. Apparently, it was more important to him that his side yard not have a vehicle in it for his "photo shoot". than being accommodating to guests that spent the whole time washing laundry and paying another cleaner. The stress I felt while trying to scallop with my family was terrible because he kept texting us to be "out by one o clock at the latest" This owner lives out of state and it clearly only interested in making money. This is my first time making a one star review and I have stayed at many VRBOs, not only is the owner a bad host, but he has no local knowledge of this area except, of course, how he can monetize Florida.

This was our second year at the house although the ownership changed in that time period. The rental was clean and ready for our arrival. The on-site boat ramp was great and it’s a short ride out to scallop. Thanks for a great stay.

Always a great visit here. Nice and quiet spot, direct access to the river for our daily trips for scallops or just soaking in the springs. House was very clean and well equipped with most everything we need. Plenty of covered parking and ample room for truck and trailer parking.

Best place to stay for scalloping season. 5' canal even at low tide easy access to the gulf with boat dock and boat ramp all in this amazing place. We will definately be back again. Owner is amazing and loves the feedback!!!! what a gem in Crystal River
